I am having a dental emergency with no insurance. Google suggested this company. Talked with Fernanda, and she is simply amazing. Explained everything well, sent a lot of information regarding nearest clinics and their fees. Truth be told I will likely subcribe thanks to her and her customer service, because never had anything like that with insurance companies.

Sandy was awesome. She answered all my questions and was very courteous. I appreciate her quickness and understanding.

No one accept this discount plan. Not even ones in your list. Not been a good experience, definitely not impressed.

I want to change, well correct my original review. It's important to still keep the first one bc it wad my experience...BUT it's fair to admit and let people know, I have been corrected and when I allowed altogether s noted, seller customer service assistance, I was able to use my "own preferred" dental practice w this discount plan and am honest when I say, $8k worth of dental treatment needed, I'm saving 1.2k with discount plan. Let them help, they know what they are doing.

I was able to talk to Fernanda through chat and she was very helpful. She was able to get me an appointment with my emergency. I'm very happy with their service!

Helping get appointment and with approval process

I had purchased a month to try this plan out. Not one dentist I contacted through their website accepted this. Many mentioned it was a long process and they couldn’t move forward with this. Extremely frustrating! I ended up having to pay full cost out of pocket. Don’t recommend.

They never helped me even after doing the concerige request. The company is supposed to get back to you within 48 hours never happened thus I am canceling my subscription.

The customer service was great and allowed me to easily book a discounted dental appointment in my neighborhood

Fernanda was awesome, she helped me with everything i needed and even helped me sign up for a membership, at all times she was patient and gentle, thank you so much!

Both were very helpful, really nice and help me from thinking of one area for a dentist visit some near by.

Ok they do not have the same prices. 214 vs 387. For extraction ... Big difference.. They bo4h need to be transparent.

Convierge couldn't schedule me in ASAP like I specified. Instead I got scheduled in on June 20th.

Overall I found dental clinic very reliable and attentive staff. The reatment was very good and the medical staff and translators always avilable to facilitate the stay. Thank you very much- especially Bona. Great Experience.
