Great quality & fast shipping!

There are not any Turkish markets where I live, but thankfully I found Altin Grocery! They very quickly package up our order to ship out. The quality is good, and there is always free delivery over $100. It's a great deal and we will continue to order from them.

The experience was great, but…

The experience was great all around packaging and shipping. A couple of the products were not great. For example, I ordered peanuts that were $10 for 400 grams (too expensive) that were stale. I ordered a ekmek kadayıf that was burned. The figs were ok but a bit dry. I have not tried the other items yet.

My first online order

This was my first online order from Altin Grocery, although I do purchase their products in-store from time to time. Due to severe weather across the country, my order was delayed, and I had to speak with a gentleman over the phone who clearly explained the order process. I really appreciated the perishable packaging for the simit. Even with a five-day delay, the items arrived in good condition. I look forward to placing more orders in the future and hope for a smooth experience. 😊

After a trip to Istanbul and tasting so many different delicacies coming back home and not being able to bring any really made me sad. So lucky me,l found the best Turkish grocery store and now I can order all my favorites. They arrived in few days and in perfect condition.
