Customer Service Wins the Day

The website has a very good selection of products and delivery was very prompt.

What marked out Altimus is how they dealt with a query I had. They dealt with it superbly. In fact, it was amongst the best customer service I have ever received; personal, polite and prompt. As with most products, there may be some variation in price between suppliers, but it’s worth factoring in the back-up you will receive from a company after you’ve purchased - and from my experience Altimus takes back up seriously and is second to none.
