Make sure you screenshot the ticket
The website is ok, a bit awkward to use. The order confirmation emails are just a receipt and do not include a link to the ticket or the ticket itself so if you weren’t smart enough to screenshot the ticket when ordering, you are out of luck. They really need to fix this.

For every order, a PDF ticket is sent directly to your e-mail in addition to the payment comfirmation. It is possible that sometimes, clients don't receive their tickets (typing error in the e-mail, or technical issue).

Worst customer service
I got a ticket and I tires to chante the time five minutes after and the system didn’t let me, i tried to cancel it and the sostén didn’t let me, i sent an email asking for helo and I had t received an answer yet and it was two days ago. I just called to get the ticket chango and “you can’t”

WRONG pick up location LES ALLUES MERIBEL
Pick up location said Meribel Les Allues Maire but this is WRONG. I missed bus because pick up was 200m from Mairie. You need to change to ‘LES ALLUES ROUNDABOUT’. I would appreciate some compensation please, as I had to HITCHHIKE to Moutiers to get the connection to Geneva airport. This was a terrible experience and very stressful and very high risk of missing flight at Geneva.

Didn’t pick up where agreed. Didn’t honor cancellation insurance.
I was notified that the bus would not pick up in the village where I had booked and that it was my responsibility to get to another village early in the AM before any shuttles were running. I had purchased my tickets with cancellation insurance so I cancelled and made other arrangements. Altibus refused to refund my purchase and referred me to an outside insurance company. I consider the Altibus cancellation insurance a scam.

Very poor. I waited for a bus with your logo. It did not turn up. It was not explicit that I had to change buses and therefore missed the connection incurring a taxi fare if €450.
I will not be using this service again.

We had a great experience with Altibus Jan 14 Moutiers to Le Praz and Jan 18 Le Praz to Moutiers. Each driver went out of their way to help us. Can't say enough good things about this service - it's wonderful!

You can’t cancel even if you buy the insurance….
Delayed connection and despite buying insurance it wouldn’t let me cancel my ticket. So I paid for the ticket AND insurance for nothing.

Bagland Balme - Pointless stop
The stopping point in Maglande is very inconveniently located. We came from Geneva to Magland station and could not get to Magland Balme by anything. By the time we got from the station to Bagland Balme, the bus left and didn’t wait for us. Pointless stop. I will not recommend your transport to anyone. You don’t think at all how tourists can get to your stop. There is no information about this anywhere.
