Altery is a really good app for managing money day to day. You can send money to other Altery users, and also keep money in different currencies like euros, pounds, and dollars. I like that they give you digital cards which are safer, and you can use them with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

It’s easy to pay by card, do bank transfers, or send money internationally. I’ve used it to send and receive money both in the UK and abroad and it worked great.

Signing up was quick too—just needed my ID and a selfie. Overall, very handy and easy to use!

I never used those type of banking app
But i give a try.
Me and my flatmate was going to rent an house and we swap all money into my account I only use the apps for everyday expenses soon I transfer the misery £800 they stop the account keeping our money for over 3 days. Which means we lost the property we apply for. We sent all
Doc in the same hour soon they ask .

I thoroughly enjoy using the Altery app, it’s an excellent platform for making faster, SEPA, money remittance and card-to-card transactions. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, offering a seamless experience from start to finish. I feel confident that my funds are safe and secure, and I would absolutely recommend Altery to others without hesitation.

The App is user friendly and the process to send money is quite straight forward. I haven't encountered any issues so far and it's been a smooth experience overall

I was recommended by my friend with this service when I was looking for options for opening account for transferring money.
Was nice touch to have opportunity to register and have access to my account via Telegram. I can also easily send money to my family via Telegram by creating payment link.
Altery does make my financial transfers experience easier and quick!

I am very pleased with the service. The onboarding process was really easy. I can easily send money to my family abroad! Highly recommended!!!

Registered and provided original documents: rental agreement, home internet connection agreement. Both documents had my name and address on them.
Verification was ongoing for almost a week and eventually failed. They referred to a vague in meaning paragraph of the ToS.

It's just another shithouse, like pyypl, among others, was.
Don't bother sending them your money. If something goes wrong, you'll die trying to get them back.

Stick to the traditional banking system at all costs.

I've had a account for 6 months now and everything works well. I was unable to use my MOnzo card in some stores but I'm able to use Altery everywhere without any issues.

A bit surprised how simple and straightforward this was to use.

Verification didn’t take long and I did a little trial ‘run’ just to test. Overall, pretty clean interface and looks like a promising service

I don’t usually write reviews but Altery has given me reasons to write one, first of all I have a 5star cos they’re worth 5 stars, receiving transfers in Altery was as fast as the speed of light, their customer support was top notch, I had a little issue with a payment and to my greatest surprise I got a response from support under 3mins and issue was resolved amicably. I’d make sure more people get to know about Altery cos they’re missing out.

Crypto top up, euro IBAN, Apple Pay works. This is what I need from payment system. Support responds in less than 5 minutes. So 5 stars from me.

Be careful with this company. firstly they will never update your account showing when you receive any payment in it. and they'll restrict your account immediately you have incoming payment and will only ask for unnecessary things, documents, everyday will ask for different information or document, like they purposely toying, delaying and frustrate your life. which after you provide all these , they'll still frustrate your life and keep holding your funds for no reason. weeks gone and they still will not deposit my funds or let me access my funds for weeks, i got so frustrated and asked them to refund/reverse back my payment back to the payment source. I am not here to talk down or comment negatively on altery but to tell the world my true experience with them.

i am not wasting my time contacting your support because you guyz are useless and corny too. so the way you people protect your customers and ensure the security of their funds. is to wait till they have payment-in their account and after that you begin to frustrate them by not even letting them know of any incoming payment, as well will alert nor credit their funds or letting them know of their incoming funds and when they ask about why no alert or credit in their account, you will block their account and request for unnecessary documents , chat conversations and even when their provide all these, you still will not release their funds. for me you guyz are just fraud and i will never recommend others to have such ugly experience i had with you guyz. i have to plead with you guyz to return money back to sender after waiting 2 weeks or more. people should be careful using altery because to me their more like a fraudulent company and wants to waste your time and collect all your info . many trusted app out there which will not give u a hard time than these fools.

I just finished the registration and verification process and my account was immediately closed by 12.1. Is this normal? I didn't even have time to do anything bad and I was immediately accused of all sins. I got the impression that you collect people's data for some unknown reason. I want you to write me the reason why you attached 12.1 to me and then I will change my review.

My account was verified within 2 minutes, even though I verified at 2am.

- I have to compliment the design of the app, it looks amazing.
- I haven't tried the payments yet, but they say they are fast.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience using the app on iOS, and I also discovered the Telegram mini app. It’s convenient for sending payments to friends and contacts. Fair fees and fast transfer speeds.

Find better luck if your ID doesn't tie with First and Last name it will take ages to verify your information. the slowest verification process so far I swear to god I have never experienced like this before.

I've been using the Altery app for several months, and I highly recommend it.
The interface is user-friendly, transactions are fast, and I particularly I love the "Send to Altery user" feature. It's an excellent app overall!

I had a hard time opening up an account in other apps and with this one I was able to open account almost immediately. Smooth money transfers and I was able to issue a physical card with sleek design. Good experience!
