Book "Curcuma" payd twice and not received!

I bought and payed the book "Curcuma" witch was announced in Totale Santé in October 2022 .
Till now today anything was sent to me !
I claimed 3 times. This is the 4th claim!
Much for my surprise and without any information from you or my permission, the value of the book was lift one 2nd time! Why?
I'm very much upset with all this. I hope you can do something. I'm looking forward for a quick reply.
