This company is a Scam beware. I never received my items. But they sure do like to keep your money. They wouldn't give me a refund. Said it was delivered when in fact it was not.

Alternate è professionale, solida e rapida.

1. Orientarsi sul sito di Alternate è stato facile, soprattutto una volta capito come funziona il Configuratore PC. Tra le cose utili, puoi salvare una copia della configurazione (o più d'una) e condividerle con altre persone se come me avevi bisogno del parere di qualcuno.

2. L'esperienza di acquisto è stata molto positiva, nessun ostacolo, prezzi chiari, sconti chiari (dove applicabili), e fatture ricevute immediatamente. Consiglio di usare il metodo PayPal per i pagamenti.

3. Il costo di spedizione è stato contenuto, considerato che arriva dalla Germania. Nel mio caso era suddivisa in tre pacchi arrivati tutti puntualmente alla data indicata.

4. I pacchi e l'imballaggio sono moderni, appropriati, la merce è arrivata in perfetto stato.

5. Ho usato il servizio di assemblaggio del PC, e onestamente sono soddisfatto. Non avrei saputo farlo altrimenti e anche se è un costo in più, è stato visibilmente fatto in maniera professionale e attenta.

Difetti - Pochi e trascurabili
Il manuale cartaceo della macchina è arrivato in lingua tedesca, per fortuna è disponibile online in inglese, quindi nessun problema.

L'assistenza è un numero internazionale, che nel mio caso non è stato immediatamente possibile chiamare quando desideravo alcune informazioni, ma a merito loro, il tempo di risposta alle email generate tramite l'assistenza del sito è stato tra i 15 minuti e un'ora, che è assolutamente perfetto.

Nell'insieme, questi pochi 'diffetti' sono, a mio avviso, insignificanti per il servizio ricevuto.

Alternate is professional, solid and fast.

1. Finding my way through Alternate's website has been easy, especially once I understood how the PC Configurator works. Among the many useful things, you can save a copy of the configuration you made (or even more than one) and share it with people if you need the opinion of third parties.

2. The buying experience was very positive, no obstacles, clear pricing, clear discounts where applicable, invoice was immediate and reliable. I paid with PayPal and it was a smooth experience.

3. Delivery cost was reasonable, considering i received it from Germany. In my case there were 3 distinct packages that all got to me safe and sound on the date I was given.

4. The boxes and packaging were modern, appropriate and everything arrived in perfect conditions.

5. I used the PC assembly service and honestly, I am very satisfied with it. I wouldn't have been able to do it myself and even if it's an added cost on top, it was done professionally and expertly.

Cons - Few and negligible

- the paper manual for the machine is in german, however it was easy to find an english version of it online.

- the phone number requires an international call, which made it a little hard for me to ask some information. However, to their credit, their responses through email took between 15m to maximum 1h, in my case, and that was absolutely perfect.

All in all, these 'cons' are absolutely insignificant considering the quality service I received.

Fast delivery, good tracking. I highly recommend.

I've never tried this site before, and i regret that i haven't discovered earlier. This site is flawless, excellent prices, products and delivery. I've ordered this motherboard, (at a very low price respect all other sites), and it came earlier than expected, and without a scratch.
I don't give 5 star very easily, but this site deserves it all of them.
