ZERO customer service
Should not be allowed to operate on the Danish market! They take the money from your credit card immediately, but do not deliver any purchased goods. The delivery should have taken place already, but I am not even given an update on the delivery or whether the goods have been given to a carrier. The only communcation possible is an email in Germany, and even if you try to contact them by using the German phone number, noone answers.

mange tak for samtalen. Som sagt beklager vi ulejligheden meget. Det var simpelthen bare et rigtig uheldigt forløb - hvor alt gik galt, hvad der overhovedet kunne gå galt. Den eneste trøst er at du i det mindste fik din pakke - men som sagt er vi rigtig kede af forløbet.

I ordered an Oculus quest VR headset from Alternate. When I recieved it and booted it up, I saw that facebook (the producer of the VR headset) had shut down acces to all steam games. As I could not play many of the games I was looking forward to, I wrote Alternate if I could get my money back. They sent me a printout to put on the box, and I just dropped the package off at the nearest postoffice, and they even paid for the transit. Within a short while I got my full refund. Super good customer service. Shame about the VR headset.

I ordered a small item which took 6…
I ordered a small item which took 6 days to arrive. I missed the delivery attempt and DHL delivered to a destination ready for me to pick up about a 50 minute walk away. This was apparently agreed with the consignee.
I would not buy again from this company and would highly recommend you purchase from an alternative source or company.

The package of my PC case had clearly been opened (all seals broken) and the packaging was pretty badly damaged from someone having ripped it open, without any care. Very disappointing when buying a new product.
At least it got here quickly.
Will update review depending on customer support.
