Constant Medical Negligence - Legal action being taken (stay clear from this company!)

I requested my prescription on a video consultation. I gave the clinician a strain that was available on the catalogue, and at the time it was affordable to me. The next day, my prescription had been approved but the wrong strain was added by the clinician, resulting in me not being able to purchase my medication as i couldn't afford it, until this clinician mistake was rectified.
This was almost 2 weeks ago. Alternaleaf have left me with no medication for almost week now. I have sent over 6 emails repeatedly requesting the change to be made on my account so i can afford my medication for the remainder of July but no one is helping. Patient care is non existent.
The level of incompetence in this company needs investigated. I am no closer to resolution & i have had to explain my issue in over 5/6 emails & not a single member of staff is reading the issue correctly & helping resolve it.
The most recent reply i got for this issue through email stated “ We can confirm that your prescription was reviewed, rewritten, and released yesterday. You should now be able to proceed with buying your medication as normal” - the incompetence coming into play, they are clearly failing to notice that this is my normal prescription process for the month of AUGUST! Which has absolutely nothing to do, with the issue ive been having for weeks now, the issue in which ive emailed over 5/6 times now and they send me an email stating its resolved when clearly, whoever sent that email hasnt even read the issue at hand!
For almost 2 weeks now i have been tryng to get the Superboof from my JULY prescription, changed for Crumbled Lime, a more affordable strain so i can afford my medication.
Alternaleaf have again, left a patient without medication they require daily & refuse to actually read the emails sent to them & assist the patient correctly.
UPDATE : Alternaleaf have commented on this review stating they asked for further details? They haven’t contacted me at all. Absolute Lies.
They have left me no choice but to seek legal assistance for medical negligence.

They take there time they can even keep to what they say 3 to 4 working days it been a week just to approve my prescription then the pharmacy never received the prescription its been 5 day for then just to get one sent witch it's still not they didn't even tell me they didn't have the prescription until the 3 day absolute joke off a company i would avoid this company at all cost

The initial consultation with the pharmacist was calm, friendly and easy. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed. The second appointment with the doctor was also straightforward, quick and reassuring, making the whole process feel much less daunting than I'd expected.
The only reason I'm giving 4 rather than 5 stars is the timescale. My second appointment had to be postponed by a week, so it took just over a month from my initial contact to having my prescription in my hands.
Other than that delay, the experience has been excellent. Everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and approachable, and I felt listened to throughout the process.
