After I sent my FICA document my account was verified the next day without any issue or delay.

Bottom line scam. They are holding my R1million and after several attempts to get my money, I just came to the painful realization that it's been one big scam. Don't sit with an egg on your face like me. This company is fraudulent please stay far away from them. Once your money gets in, it's no longer going out

Quick & fast withdrawals and funding.

Been trading on this platform for about a year now. My experience has been a good one, I have had a couple of failed withdrawals and it has been sorted out almost immediately from time of tickets being logged to the time the money re-entered my account. Support staff are always friendly.

I am not very technical but i love crypto. I am not able to stake my own crypto on the blockchain so i really love how Altcointrader lets me do this with good rates and no lock-in periods.

Had a bit of a slow start, but now that I understand how to buy and withdraw it is easy to use and navigate around the platform.

I have been entering my 2FA code from my authenticator over and over but it does not take it as a result i cannot login, what is the cause of this and how can i fix it

I've been using this site to exchange currency for the past 6 years ,on the 13/05/2023 I was charged 50% just to make a withdrawal and their explanation is,temporary increase in BTC withdrawal. I've tried contacting them or speaking to someone who can explain why but it didn't help ,just imagine putting R2000 in their account but when you withdraw you R1000, their explanation on mail is As a result of network congestion, we have had to temporarily increase our bitcoin withdrawal fee. I made a withdrawal Wednesday instant withdrawal and today is Monday still haven’t received my funds .instant normally takes few hours to reflect . I have write to support no response still and I’m not the only one experiencing that all. I’m angry since they used to be awesome now not sure

I've been using altcointrader.co.za for more than 7 years ,they kept on improving and introducing new safe altcoins to invest in. Never in my past 7 years had any problem with the platform even when crypto was facing some serious turmoil globally, the platform stood firm. This is one of the oldest safest crypto exchange in South Africa i would highly recommend it at any given time.

2018 i opened an account with Altcoin Trader when i was just learning about these crypto things. i decided to make an investment. I deposited money into my altcoin trader account and when i tried to make a withdrawal it said my account was reported for fraud which i believe they were just taking chances. I contacted support and i was asked to send proof of funds which i did send to them and i later received an email from their support to say the matter was closed. Indeed it was because i went on to deposit more money and everything seemed ok. i then bought Crypto and kept in in holding and now today when i logged into my Altcoin Trader account, i didn't find any balance, i contacted their support and they referenced the hold of 2018, i then replied to tell them that hold was long removed because i had verified the funds and everything was fine and i even made a further deposit which i used to buy the crypto i was holding. They replied and send they refunded my crypto balance to the depositor, what a joke because i personally made the deposit and i had sent them the deposit receipts. these people blocked my account the moment i raised this issue, this is clear stealing and i have proof of every exchange, every deposit and conclusion to the "Fraud case" as they alleged that was settled by them. I will take this matter as far as possible and i don't care what i lose in the process, but i will make sure these crooked platforms don't steal a cent from people who think they are investing their hard earned monies. This has to stop. And i thought these people were genuine. Please don't make the same mistake i did trusting them

Becareful of Altcointrader exchange ****ming clients

Its been more than 12 months since Altcointrader , a crypto currency exchanger locked my account without any valid reasons and what is worst is they locked the account with my funds in it.

Imagine if you have your life savi gs or emergency funds in this exchanges and suddenly your àccount is blocked without a reason.

This gives cryptocurrency a bad name since this centralised exchanges can take all your money and tell you theres nothing they can do.

All i want is to withdraw my hard earn cash but the support team keeps saying theres nothing i can do meaning someone from altcointrader exchange stole my money.

Becareful of this decentralized exchanges and **** Altcointrader.As soon as you have alot of money in the exchange they lock your account and tell you that theres nothing you can do.

Its sad to lose hard earn money to a company like Altcointrader.

AltCoinTraders, Poloniex and BioWalletStore....this is all a group with their own websites and Twitter pages........recent scam is operational in name of BioWallet they ask for funds to remove limit and never removes it.

Pathetic bunch of lies and scammers, run away lack of professionalism no customer service, lack of enthusiasm in what they do no direction not trustworthy at all.
