False and devious advertising AltBurn Keto
This company is using false advertising and debiting your bank card for far more than what they advertise in the deals. I ordered the first deal option which showed 3 bottles with the word Buy next to it and there was a different picture showing two bottles with the words Free next to it. The price in bold letters stated $73.95 per bottle. There is no mention that you need to buy 5 bottles as the pictures show this as buying 3. At no stage do they show the amount or the total amount that will be debited from your bank card, so that you can decide if you want to go ahead with the purchase especially given that if they showed the total amount you would see that you are not paying $73.95 for 3 bottles but actually paying $73.95 for 5 bottles. When you enter your bank details it states purchased and you only see the amount that has been debited once you receive their email confirming the purchase. When I contacted them via chat immediately after the purchase they offered a reduced amount that sounded dodgy and when you try to chat on their online chat portal, if they don’t like what you are saying by asking for a refund they just hang the chat. They would not cancel the transaction or refund my money. Totally false and devious advertising and selling this product without full disclosure.
