Great first-aid course for beginners or veterans.

I took a First Aid certification course today. It was excellent. Alan uses a mix of audio-video, hand-on practical, and interactive discussion to train a full range of first aid. I received an excellent booklet which served as an outline for the course and will make a great quick-reference or review guide in the future. The course was suitable for first-time students and first-aid veterans alike. It was a perfect refresher course for me, bringing me up to date with current best practices.
