Within the past two years, my family has endured multiple vehicle accidents. Al Serra has done an excellent and timely job each time. They also communicated with us often to keep us updated on the staus and progress of our claim.

Appointments Don't Mean Much
After being called and emailed to bring my truck in for it's second of two free oil changes and tire rotations, I came in on time and 15 minutes early. I was told that the appointments were "a corporate thing" and they would get me in as soon as they could. Nearly three hours later, my oil change and tire rotation was complete! Additionally, I went in to get my second key made for my truck and since I was over the 30 day limit, I was told I had to pay for the key. I just bought a 27K dollar truck and a key now costs extra? I found a manager to make it right, but customer service is questionable at times.

a great place to get a car
I really don't like car shopping, particularly not in a tight budget. Too often dealers and their salespeople fail to understand the idea that their customers have budgets. Al Serra was different. Their website is kept up-to-date, which allowed me to find a car I liked before I got there. Once there I was helped immediately and directed to Josh who knew the lot, knew the cars, knew the process and knew how to get along people. He made the paperwork as painless as possible and made sure I understood what I was signing while making sure I was signing the right things. The Finance Department was equally good, keeping the loan within our budget and getting us the best loan possible. When it's time to get our next car, Al Serra is where we will be shopping.
