Apparently they have serious issues with the French authorities which limits their ability to do their job. My transfer got canceled last minute, leaving me with no alternative options but to book something significantly more expensive. Had I been notified of their issues earlier, it would have been easier for me to arrange my new transfer. Three weeks later, still waiting on a refund. Would suggest to avoid using this company at all costs as they lack customer service, professionalism and do not resolve issues promptly.
