Due to the train strikes we decided to treat ourselves to a chauffeur to take us to and from a family party in Oxford. The whole experience was seamless. Alpine Chauffeurs were extremely professional and reassuring from the moment of booking. I explained we were three females (including my 12 year old daughter) and we wanted to feel safe and comfortable. They reassured us straight away. Adam picked us up on time in his spotless Mercedes, complete with bottled water for us all. He was super polite and convivial and an excellent smooth driver. He waited for us in Oxford while we were at the party and collected us when we were ready to come home back to Nottingham. Even on the return journey when it started to get dark and the heavy rain came (complete with spray from the lorries in front) we felt safe and secure with Adam behind the wheel. So many times in the past we have been clinging onto the side of the car for dear life when we've had taxi drivers take us places. This was a completely different experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend Alpine Chauffeurs to anyone and would always choose to use them in the future. Refreshing to find such a lovely friendly family run chauffeur company! Alpine Chauffeurs are amazing! The service was incredible, with the most friendly drivers and the most immaculate looking cars. There was absolutely no panic as I made it to my flight within perfect timing and had a comfortable ride getting there. I booked these guys last minute for an airport run and I have to say, I was very impressed! Considering the short notice given for the booking, they still accommodated my request with excellent service.
