Rang Dozens Of Times, Phones Were not Answered.

Finally Cancelled And Promised A Voucher By Susan 30 days From Departure Date(August 4th)

Do not use these people. Trying to correspond with them is a joke, my hotel is closed yet they are still advertising it to book!!!!! After over 30 emails they have said they will cancel my booking and refund me yet they haven't and just ignore my emails, its not what goes wrong its how a company responds to issues and this company should be ashamed of their customer service.
Offered voucher or rebook, declined
Then offered refund but charge of £30 per person and can take 6- 10 weeks
Then told supplier charge but hotel offering free refund and no admin charge. Then told as I was reasonable band calm he would speak to supplier and try and get no admin charges
Over a week and no call back
Chargeback this month only option
I've paid our money but last payment of 68.09 is not showing from 22nd july I have all proof of payments .its alot of money for the 3 of us .my friend has paid all and cant print voucher for hotel .we go in 10 days .our flight is going we have no hotel .the hotel will not b understand in this matter without the voucher.i know that . Alphrooms are not taking calls voice message say at this time we are upgrading systems so cant take calls .that's been happening for 12 days now .live chat noone comes to chat .email noone contacts u.this is very stressful. Normally they are ok .booked many times with them .
I like many others are in a shadow of uncertainty with Alpha rooms. Numerous emails with requests and complaints to be ignored. My holiday was the 7th May and still not heard anything, this is embarrassing. Its time to take to LinkedIn and call out the CEO and COO of this company, which is associated with teletext Holidays. Name and shame untill they have done right. Tweet to the Consumer watchdog, start your action with the small claims court. I will not rest untill Im refunded. If this company wants to survive they better get their act together.

Claim to be cheapest not so sure about that they do not mention add on until you make booking when after making booking that then add on booking fee ,Customer services very rude and play stupid when enquire about this charge stay clear
