Super easy to get an official translation of family documents done in a professional way.

Avoid at all costs
Contracted for an "official" translation of a birth certificate (French to English).
THREE iterations of the translated document required due to mistakes on fundamental information of a birth certificate (omission of key text, misgender, grammatical errors) for which I had to propose my own translation to be stamped.
No confidence in the translator on their level of English/French, their capacity to to ensure a translation covers all the source material or even their comprehension on the purpose of the document they are translating.
No confidence on the contact person/organisation as a whole due to a total lack of checks and quality control of their deliverables or explanation on why such glaring errors were made.
