Customer service is appaulling

The shop does not exist, I personally travelled there today only to find that the shop had closed down. The mobile number and the head office number do not work. This is a scam company, read the reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!

Beware… this company has no after sales support!!
I purchased my electric bike in July which was swift and competitive etc. however, the bike then went wrong within 3 months, after many many attempts to contact this company via email and phone there was no responses. I contacted cycle to work scheme to see if they could help as alphascootz were on the cycle scheme list. Subsequently the scheme informed me they have removed Alpha Scootz from their directory as they failed to reply to their contact requests. Alpha Scootz still advertise they are part of the scheme which is false!
I have been in contact with CAB for advice, having followed the standard format to threaten Alpha Scootz of their obligation to resolve the matter, my only option now being small claims court as I’m left with a bike that doesn’t work and a company who have zero credibility or integrity to their customers. I don’t expect a reply from Alpha Scootz but simply want to warn others about this company and also to check if the manufacturer of any said bike has authorised them to sell it as the RCB bike I purchased was not authorised by the manufacturer hence I have no warranty with them.

Sent the wrong bike and and tried to tell me I ordered the wrong bike.

My initial dealings with this company were very positive; they were prompt, competitively priced and very helpful with questions.
3 months in the electric bike has stopped working, I have emailed, messaged and attempted to call them only to have them hang up on me. They have not returned any of my messages which is awful service, now having to contact cycle to work scheme to try and set up a dispute and the manufacturer as I am left with bike which doesn’t work.
Please think twice before using this company, they may be cheaper than others but there’s no after sales support. One star is too nice a review in my opinion.
I have also received this email from the RCB electric bike main website.
‘Dear customer, Alphascootz is not an authorized RCB website. I suggest you cancel your order via payment or contact the police for assistance.’

I ordered the item and after 14 days I never got the tracking number. After contacting them, they didn't reply. After multiple attempts to communicate they finally cancelled the order and issued the refund order i never received. After that all my attempts to contact them again were unsuccessful and they still owe me 800€.

Has anyone filed lawsuit report yet?

Terrible customer service and not reachable for after sale . Can’t find parts to replace damage.

Bad after sales. They dont even respond. Late delivery too. Bad company would never use again

Great to do business with you guys as you made sure I got the lowest price on my E-bikes. I had a contact I could call and the bikes were delivered on time and in perfect condition. A slight problem was resolved quickly over email.

I bought a Cyrusher Rover from them and then they informed me that they don't have them in stock. They send me a refund invoice and 15 days later and still have no refund in my bank account. They don't reply to emails , live chats, or even answer the phone. £1349 out of pocket.

Been trying to call for over 10 days as the motor on my bike is broke. No one answers appalling service 😒

iv been waiting 2 weeks and still yet not recived my tracking number i did my purchase through klana so im hoping i can get a refund

Last time i bought from alpha scootz they was great fast delivery time good service everything.

However i recently bought a bike again its been 6 days so far and ive heard nothing i understand they have one more day but theres been no contact what so ever. Not anwsering emails or phone calls.

If alpha scootz get in contact with me or delivery comes in time i will obvs change this review to 5 stars.

Follow up so far nothing contacting my bank to get in touch with alpha scootz. So far no contact at all from alpha scootz

I follow up the review I had and it is 4 months i miss parts for my bike customer support - 29016.
The customer service is a joke. I paid a premium model but they delivered the basic version of the bike with all the equipment missing. No refund offered, the difference is 270£. What a customer abuse and poor problem solving company. It is months they say the parts are coming but since April still nothing. Don t buy from them!

I bought an e-bike from AlphaScootz in December for £899, and it has been nothing but problems and frustration.
The nightmare started with the delivery — the courier (BJS Family) never showed up, lied about “adverse weather,” and I had to leave work early for nothing. This already cost me time, money, and stress. Instead of taking responsibility, AlphaScootz tried to silence me: they asked me to delete my negative review in exchange for a lock and a phone holder. I agreed to have it sent to a local shop, but the parcel never arrived, and the company refused to even investigate. Completely unacceptable.
And the bike itself? A disaster. After only three months, the front light died. At six months, the wires rubbed through from friction because they were badly fixed at the factory. At eight months, the rear inner tube burst from the inside, even though the tyre was fine, because the material is so cheap and weak. A professional bike mechanic confirmed all these faults — it’s not just my opinion.
This company sells poor quality bikes and hides behind excuses. Their customer service is dishonest and unreliable. I deeply regret this purchase. Do not waste your money or your trust on AlphaScootz

Had been in touch via email & telephone for around 10 days before I asked if they had stock in the shop to try but told can only get it delivered and was assured it was in stock & could be delivered for a specific date. I Placed the order online called to check when it would be dispatched to be told no longer in stock and had been refunded, 7 days later still no refund , they don’t answer the phone and when do cut you off, their email response is thst it’s been refunded check with bank. when checked with bank they have asked for the ARN ref but all Alphascootz say is it’s been refunded. Being disabled and withdrawing from my pension to what I thought would give me freedom of mobility in my sunset years

I cancelled my order, and not getting my refund since they haven't contacted the financial company I used. Always keeps saying and needed a proof but no email. Now, been calling today and no one is answering!!!!!!

New electric bike through cycle to work scheme, but peddal assist did not work. 10 weeks of emails back and forth asking me to take videos and pictures, then completely ignoring me. Had to get cycle to work involved, and eventually they sent a new sensor throgh the post and told me to fix it myself! Taking it to a local shop who will look at it for £20.

Iv been holding off of writing a review until I actually receive the scooter but this is now the second time I have been asked to leave a review so here goes. As of today I placed my order 6 days ago and still haven't received any dispatch confirmation or tracking information. I emailed them to enquire and was told to wait for tracking number. Alphascootz state on their website express fast shipping ... Our items are shipped within the UK via DHL, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or Tuffnells Tracked. Our deliveries generally take 3-7 working days.

Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent on next working day unless we instruct you otherwise.

Items may be available to collect but please contact us to discuss this.

All items will be dispatched within 24 / 72 hours of purchase, though please note that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend.

IT'S BEEN 8 DAYS NOW AND STILL NOTHING. TRIED RINGING THE COMPANY AND THEY JUST DISCONNECT YOU. NO REPLY FROM EMAILS SO WILL NOW BE CONTACTING MY BANK, ACTION FRAUD UK AND TRADING STANDARDS.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY NOTHING BUT A SHAM

GOT A REPLY TODAY TO SAY THAT EVEN THO I GOT NO TRACKING NUMBER THE SCOOTER WAS LOST I TRANSIT.

I did not get the tracking number after the order.
I received your email, it was written in that, you will get your tracking ID in 2 days, but even after 5 days I have not received the tracking ID.
I called alpha scooters they said they don't have the tracking id and they also don't know how long the delivery will take.
This has been my worst experience with online patches with Alpha scootz.
