Julianne Humason’s guidance and care…
Julianne Humason’s guidance and care has literally changed my life. I came to her as a struggling type 2 diabetic in early 2024, and since then, I have lost 30 pounds, my A1c is 5.2, my bad cholesterol is down from over 200 to 133, and all my other health zones are in the green!!! Also, it is important to point out that Julianne was able to work with my insurance company to get my GLP1 covered by insurance, which is something my primary care doctor could not do. I am so grateful to be under Julianne’s care!!!

Unnecessary slot was added
They added 1 more slot for an extra $ 100 when I booked the online appointment for 15 minutes not 30 minutes . I paid a total of $ 200 for less than 15 minutes appointment with the doctor. And I also booked my appointment for 11:30am, but they have to reschedule me for 2:30 pm because the doctor was late . I didn’t even get an apology or nothing. I’m gonna need y’all to refund me the extra $100 y’all took from me because my appointment was only for 15 minutes not 30 minutes.

Jean-Pierre, I’m really sorry about the inconvenience with your appointment time changing from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. That’s not the experience we want for you.
To clarify the charges:
• Our new-patient visit is $200 for a 15-minute consultation, as listed on our pricing page: https://alphahormones.com/pricing.
• The $200 payment was collected toward your deductible since your insurance has not yet covered the visit.
• Once you receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company, please forward it to us, and we’ll refund any difference if your plan covers a portion of the visit.
• We also did not charge an additional $100 for a 30-minute slot. Your appointment time was extended as a courtesy to make sure your questions were fully addressed.
Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know once you have your EOB.

Too many follow ups on my end
I had to follow up to ensure that my medication was shipped. I had to follow up because they forgot to send my syringe order to my local pharmacy. I had to follow up for instructions and tutorial video.
