There needs to be a better system other than making a $100 5 minute appointment just to refill medication.

Journey has begun
My wife and I really loved Kellie and the entire team. She has already started her HRT, and I begin my TRT on Friday morning. So far, everything has been great.

Poor booking system
I tried booking an appointment, and then they canceled it. Really bad system in place. Now I have to delay my visit.

So far so good! Switched to them from my regular doctor and have loved the responsiveness and communication. I like they have knowledge of peptides and don’t freak out at the mention of them.
