Customer service from Hanna is wonderful!
I’m going to give this company 5 stars because even though I do run into problems with their delivery and my balm not being dispatched unless I contact them, I really can’t fault the customer service or the products themselves.
For example; I recently had issues with a coupon code not working on the site and Hanna emailed me back and forth until the problem was resolved and was very polite, kind and helpful. Thanks Hanna! 5 stars for her service.
The products speak for themselves and I cannot fault them.
My only issue is with delivery of my Gaia guru balm. It is never dispatched, I always have to contact them and ask them to post it to which they respond that there are problems with the logistics department. I think I’ve ordered my balm about roughly 9 times and 8 out of 9 times it’s not been dispatched until I contact them and ask where it is which is disappointing.
However it only ever happens with this brand of balm. Everything else is delivered in a timely manner. It’s a shame because it’s the best balm I’ve found and I wouldn’t use any other. Hopefully the issue can be resolved soon as it’s the only topical I use daily and continue to order every month.
With this said though, as soon as I contact them I receive a very quick and helpful response and the item is then shipped out without further issues.
I will continue to show loyalty to this company and I do think their customer service and products warrant the 5 stars….delivery….not so much :p but overall still very pleased with the company.

A little surprised to see so many good reviews. I made an order on December 17th. The website says international shipment takes 7-15 business days. The order hasn't arrived so far. Their live chat didn't launch at all, but let's say that's a technical issue on my end. Wrote them an email as well on January 7th, got no response. Wrote on Facebook yesterday, no response as well. Feels like I've thrown my money away.
