Great recovery from a common web…
Great recovery from a common web commerce snafu.
When the Web site went haywire and double shipped and double charged my order the AlphaCell Labs customer service team jumped in and started fixing thing ASAP.
In summary, they saved the day, resolved the issue with the Web site, rapidly refunded the double billing, and ensured I was advised every step of the way.
Five star service team, great work.
