If I could give no stars I would !!! Don't waste your time and money with this company. I ordered also believing they were based in London with free returns, I ordered 2 different sizes but they delivered totally different sizes to what I had ordered and now refuse to refund me. I have filed a complaint with my bank account as they do not respond to any messages / emails.

Bought trainers, waited, waited, waited and eventually, 4 weeks later they arrived and they are very disappointing, nothing like the web site, very poor quality. Free returns is a lie as they need sent back to China at buyers expense.

Bought a pair of their shoes in size 6, shoes arrived but are much too small, not even a US 5! Emailed for a returns label as they advertise free 100 day returns but they just said that they were the size I ordered. I have now reported them to trading standards as they have a registered address in London, even though they are based in China! They have now emailed giving me the return address but expecting me to pay £12.95 postage, which I have refused to do & have again asked for a prepaid return label. Don’t waste your money!

Website indicates London address. It's not until you chase delivery you realise the little *hits are Chinese scammers. Owner is in Morocco. Please report company to both Trading Standards and Companies House if they have ripped you off.

Like many others, placed my order, waited over 3 weeks for trainers to arrive, ordered size 41 and received size 36. No response to emails or phone calls.

Further to a previous review on this lousy company. This is the latest response I received for a return lable & refund :
"Thanks for getting back again.
You can send it to others as a gift.
I have contacted the manager and he advised me to send a 25% partial refund to compensate. you can buy new ones in higher sizes.
Would you agree or still want to return?
If you still want to return the product then I will send you a “return address”.

Ordered two pairs of trainers which looked great in the pictures and good discount. Don’t be fooled because I received them today after three weeks waiting and what a disappointment! These are definitely not a genuine brand and the quality is very poor. Sent emails and tried to call several times with an answer phone saying “this phone is currently unavailable”. Unsure how I can send them back as no receipt sent with a return address . I have log this with my bank prior to delivery.

Still haven't received any correspondence about my order. Think I may have been ripped off. Wish I had read the reviews first.

After long wait received totally different style of shoe ordered. inferior quality. Several emails later, issue still not resolved. False product advertising with no shipping receipt or after sale customer service.Need to accept responsibility for shortcomings. In future, buy local and avoid this selling group.Will pass onto credit card company and await response.

Took a long time to arrive. Cheap looking shoes, cheap plastic like soles, expected them to be very comfortable, they're really not. The wording on the tongue reads "proEfssional sakteobard shoe"! So if anyone is a dab hand at "sakteobarding" then perhaps this is the shoe for you. 🤔

Very cheap looking. Sizes are way too small even though I ordered slightly larger! Spelling mistakes on tongue label.

Do not order!

Poor quality footwear with no insole. Smells strongly of chemicals and the lace holes had not been cut out.
I feel that this is a fake company or at the very least a poor Chinese knock off company.

Ordered trainers ,site advised 5-7days for delivery..3 weeks later and still no shoes and no response to emails...do not buy from this site, will now contact my credit card for a charge back

I ordered as shipping and company stated UK and I needed them urgently, still waiting 3 weeks later, very deceitful to mislead on shipping.

Complete rip off,ordered ladies trainers,took 4 weeks to arrive,much too small even though I had ordered a larger size,no phone messages were returned,told to give them to someone else.Told to return to China,no hope of a refund.

No trainers...no shipping note. .. no one responds to email. Don't believe what they put on webpage as its not true!!! Very disappointed.

I ordered these because they were advertised as being good for plantar fascitis. TOTAL RUBBISH
Cheap plastic - sized wrong.
Took ages to arrive. Ordered a 5.5 got a size 39 which are too big.
The email and phone number don't exist.
AVOID if you don't want to be ripped off.

My wife ordered a pair of trainers which took a long time to arrive and were far too small. We tried to contact the company for an exchange to a larger size but were unable to get an answer to e-mail or phone number. I wish we had read these other reviews first. Not a complete rip-off as we did receive a pair of cheap shoes which are useless so don’t buy!

I received my order from Alpha Walk, trainers are too small, smell very plastic. Have tried to contact the company about refund numerous times by email and mobile as stated on website with no success. I am now stuck with a pair of trainers I cant wear.

Warning: do not buy from this site, all a big con with cheap products from China
