I have nothing but great things to say about Alpha. Very reliable firm, I love their plans, very simple rules, no denials if you follow rules, customer support is top tier. Personally, all my issues were taken care of right away, guys are really helpful pretty much 7 days a week if you are in the discord. They’re working really hard to take care of everyone. Plus I love their new platform, once everything is working, it’s super clean and nice to trade from💯

I am new to Alpha Futures and 5 days into my evaluation there were issues with the platform that caused SL and TPs to be invalidated causing people accounts to be blown. I noticed the slippage but this was huge. At first I thought it was my entries along with news in the choppy markets but then I lost a second one. I joined the Discord server and realized this was widespread. The admin was great with working tirelessly around the clock to restore accounts. It took a few days but was grateful I received a response over the weekend from Umar resetting my accounts. Very impressed.

Alpha future is much more flexible and screw the traders less. I have done HFT (>100 trades a day), and they just penalised me by offsetting that day's profit. Any other firm would have changed the daily profit target from $200 to $500 in that case. Also, once the payout is approved, the $$ reflected in Rise within a day, which is very cool. The best part is in Zero funded account I just need $200 x 5 days to be qualified for a payout, whereas in most of the other props I need to create a profit buffer of $2100 first in 50k account and then withdraw 50% of the next slab of profit phewww

Alpha trader having issues with their dashboard but they are working day night to solve it. A big thanks to KINGS and USMAN Just like the name, he is king. He solved my issue. Now hopping for my account to pass just like the dashboard says.

Alpha Futures had some problems rolling out their platform due to an overwhelming amount of people using the system at once. It’s really about how the situation was handled was what gives them a 5 star. They took care of those who were affected negatively and made good on those who had positive P&L. I actually moved to Tradovate with them so I would recommend using that until the Aloha Trader Plagform has the kinks worked out. Same thing happened at Top Step and the situation was handled so properly. I left them soon after. I use many prop forms but was told to give Aloha a chance. For now I have nothing but positive things to say on how they handled that situation.

Wait was long but understandable due to new launch of trading platform (i think has huge potential once small bugs are fixed) ... But can confirm staff was always just , and fair . Thank you Kevin and Kings for the help.

i was having problems with the alpha trader program and so i asked for help in their community discord, aurelius reached out to me to help with and did everything he could and helped me and resolved my issue very quickly, the support from him was amazing and very much appreciated.

10/10 for Alpha Futures for solving issues and not leaving anyone behind. Many so-called "top tier" prop firms that treat their customers like a spreadsheet row could learn a lot from Alpha.

Nizar helped me reset my account due to account being bugged he was quick and a very great help before this ive been waiting for 4+ days to get a response and Nizar sorted everything out in 20 minutes!!

Nizar is a legend fixed my problems really fast

Bought a 25k zero evaluation account, passed it fair and square with no rules breach, got to funded stage and got met with a pop up to ''verify my indentification'' or in other words ''verify kyc'' i end up doing so, and 2 hours later my account is gone. they took my funded account, banned/terminated my alpha account itself, and i lost 70 dollars. all this happened because i ''breached kyc'' which i did not DO.

I had all proof its me, and i ended up contacting support. But support was no help because they told me to search for professional help. I got told that i shouldnt be buying evaluations if i cant afford it. The reason they said this to me was because i simply asked for a refund, so they suggested i should search professional help. 0/10 worst ever prop firm i have used. DO NOT BUY. They'll do whatever it takes to not pay you out, or give a refund. Worst support i have ever talked to.
