Had a few queries regarding my newly purchased account, I got an account for a platform that is not suitable for MacBooks, Khurram was great and promptly helped with my query and got my account over to a compatible platform for me. Fantastic service and very prompt.

Really good prop firm. I think this is my second review now. Really helpful staff. Matthewacg was so helpful today. There was issues with one of the platforms. I had my accounts switched to tradeovate and reset for free. Top team, top firm.

I’m going to be honest about my experience with Alpha’s support team because it’s genuinely been exhausting.

The platform itself is okay and I’m not even talking about payouts here my issue is specifically the customer support experience. I have never in my life waited 6–8 hours in a live support queue just to finally get a response that feels completely generic and doesn’t even acknowledge the actual issue being explained.

It honestly feels like they don’t properly read messages before replying. You explain everything clearly, wait the entire day, and then receive a copy-and-paste response that doesn’t solve anything. It becomes mentally draining repeating yourself over and over again.

What makes it worse is that if you finally fall asleep or miss the reply after waiting all day, the chat gets ended and the entire cycle starts again from the beginning.

They also advised me to communicate through WhatsApp, but I was left on read there as well.

Again, the platform itself is fine, but support is a huge part of any company. When users have issues, they should feel heard and helped in a reasonable timeframe. Right now, that’s not the experience I’ve had at all.

The support system seriously needs improvement because the current experience is frustrating, tiring, and unsustainable for users who genuinely need help.

Thank you to Zander for helping me change prop firms from Alpha trader to Tradovate. The service was quick and professional. Also fast responses on the WhatsApp Line. Alpha Futures got it on the customer service I would say 10/10

Response time on support is a bit slower than other firms, but once you get connected with someone, nice and seamless. Khurram was quick to help resolve any questions and issues I had.

Moses was able to provide 5-star customer service and help. I had a problem with the new platform, as there always is with new platforms, and he was able to switch me swiftly to another platform. Overall very fast and everything went well

Hello, I just received a payout in 10h after submitting a request. In my opinion, the drawdown rule that is not moving to 100$ after payout is so so good for the beginner traders. It is really worth to start with Alpha Futures. The communication with support is awesome. I wish all the best to the propfirm. As long as they will keep their will to communicate with traders and stick to the simple rules I believe they might be top of the top. Please don't change.

Promising concept, but a rough launch experience

I appreciate what AlphaTrader is trying to do. The account reset feature in particular is a great idea and something traders genuinely value. However, the platform launch has been significantly underwhelming and has directly impacted my ability to trade.

The platform was advertised to go live at 8:00 AM UK time, but it was not available at that time. As a result, many traders missed the AM session entirely. That kind of miscommunication is not acceptable when traders are planning their day around published schedules.

When the market did reopen, there were several critical bugs. Take profit and stop loss orders were not being placed correctly, which creates real risk exposure. The daily PnL display also does not accurately reflect the actual gains or losses being realized, making it nearly impossible to track performance or manage risk responsibly.

While I understand that account resets are in progress, they do not appear to have been completed yet. Given the missed session caused by the delayed launch, completing those resets for affected traders should be the immediate priority.

- Platform unavailable at promised 8:00 AM UK launch time
- TP/SL orders not executing correctly
- Daily PnL not reflecting actual realized performance
- Account resets pending but not yet completed

First time trading with Alpha Futures on the new platform. Like anything new there’s obviously going to be bugs. Rayyan is the man and was able to help me out. From resetting accounts and reassuring that everyone is getting taken care of. I appreciate you guys and hopefully Alpha Trader platform starts working like it should we we can start copying trading and get these payouts.
