False Breached Fixed
My experience is only a five star this time because of a person in the discord named "Nizar". My account got a false breach and I was trying to fix it since friday morning and it is now monday morning. I have gone through three tickets and couple DMs. I asked a question in the discord and he said he could help out. So I DM'd him hoping it wouldn't take all day for him to get a response again. He fixed the problem in 14 minutes, when other people couldn't finish fixing it. If anyone deserves a raise it'll be this guy Nizar.

I think it’s normal sometimes to have…
I think it’s normal sometimes to have periods of issues, especially with everything being digitalised. Today, I had excess funds being credited to my account balances. Wrote it, Iqra got on it and got it fixed within a couple of hours.
Very happy such things got addressed so quickly. I also want to credit Shari too for solving my other query.
Thanks Alpha team. The only prop firm I would trust, and the only prop firm I want to be with. See things holistically. This firm has always made good on its promises.
