BUYERS... think twice about purchasing this product.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW:
The color of the tattoo pen I ordered (brown) was not like the color shown on the website...it had a lot of red in it and did not meet my needs. I emailed alpha-buying and they responded by saying they could not offer me a refund. I pushed for some sort of resolution and they emailed me back saying they would re-evaluate my claim but I had to email them a photo of the packing slip and a photo of the product within 10 days. I no longer had the packing slip, but provided them with the photo. Because I was 3 days passed the deadline to submit this, alpha-buying support refused ANY resolution. I can't believe all the HOOPS they make customers jump through for a $11.97 item which I waited for months to arrive (from China). There are too many similar products from other sites that offer great customer service then to mess around with this one!!!

PRODUCT REVIEW:
The pen is cheaply made and is NOT water proof (came right off with a damp washcloth) and probably not sweat/smudge proof either. Don't waste your money. There are similar products you can buy locally that are better and will save you many dollars in shipping.

I ordered a travel keyboard phone case, which I had seen advertised on Facebook, from this company. It took quite some time before it was delivered. There was also an optical pen air mouse with it that I did not order. The money ($60.93)was paid from my Paypal account on May 14, 2018. I contacted this company and asked how they required a return to be made and requested a refund of my money because I was dissatisfied with the product. They informed me that returns were accepted only if the product was defective or damaged during shipping and refused to refund my money. It did not end there. I received another travel keyboard phone case, exactly like the first one, a few days ago. I checked my Paypal account and found that $40.96 had been paid to this company for the duplicate product that I did not order! I am a 77-year-old widow with Social Security as my only income, and I've lost $101.89 to this company. I'm thinking this is some kind of scam! Doesn't even deserve one star rating.

Bought a Tuban backpack off them which took ages to come. I didn't open it straight away as I'd bought it for a trip which wasn't for a few weeks. When I did open it there was faulty stitching which ruined the bag and which obviously hadn't been checked before leaving the factory!

DO NOT BUY FROM ALPHA BUYING. THEIR PRODUCTD ARE RUBBISH!

I've been waiting for over 2 months for my products. They have not emailed me, or replied to my emails. Also, the reference number does not work on their website tracking shipment search. Must be a scam. Do not buy from them...

I say decent treatment. The item I ordered arrived in the Netherlands sooner than I expected, so 4 stars for that. I was not very impressed with it so I tried to find somehing regarding a return policy. Cannot find anything so far and reply from the helpdesk did not help. So at this point 3,5 stars: good experience with a tiny friction.
Will update this review.

I have not heard anything from Alpha Buying, not even a mail saying that there is no return policy. I really have to make it a two star review. Sorry, guys.

Took 3 weeks for delivery. Product is nowhere near the quality or functionality displayed on the site.
Make it worse removing the included usb dongle from my laptop caused the dongle to break and left a piece stuck in my laptop! (same day I got the damn device)
Have emailed requesting my money back and a return package so i can send their junk back.

(side note: The feed back for the device is all 5 star reviews, I added my 1 star review including image of the broken receiver and that review has not appeared - make of that what you will)

I placed an order on April 4th and received a confirmation of shipping April 10th. However, the tracking number is no good and the company will not respond to several emails. Do not use this company!! Disputing the charge!

Waited one month so far for my item to be delivered. Cannot get anyone to respond to me now. NO item. NO tracking. NO response. NO money back!

Astonishing.
