Exact same thing happened to me as the last reviewer. Changed my password and the 'Password Reset' tool didn't send anything. Have left countless emails which go unanswered. Avoid at all costs if you want to keep your money
Horrible program. I got better results customizing resumes via ChatGPT. Could not log into my account, and they refused to reset my password. Can't get hold of anyone to cancel the subscription. Don't fall into this trap.
I had an issue with the account however my issue has been resolved by the support team with their awesome customer service . There was some confusion initially regarding the trial and charges, but customer support handled it professionally and clarified everything.
