Fixing the rag is not possible
My problem: I ordered this cleaning stick. It has two rag slots to open and close when the rags are fixed. Well it is impossible to fix. Can you advise how you do it. This product is in the corner of my kitchen already a month and I was not able to use it. I payed for it, I trusted you. I like the stick and the pad that should hold the cleaning rag. That I have problems with fixing --I can not use it for my money that has been payed.
