Beautiful Tile, Great Service!
Our tile came quickly, efficiently & when we had an issue with some tiles being broken upon delivery, they were quickly replaced, you have 48 hrs to report any damage. Customer service was great Julia especially helped get everything squared away. We love our tile, it's so beautiful!

Great company tile and service…

When you are shipping something…
When you are shipping something delicate it needs to securely wrapped-the three pencil tiles that broke were loosely wrapped in bubble wrap and the bubble wrap was not even taped closed on the ends then it was stuck in a box that had a lot of room it for them to move-it should have been filled with packing materials to prevent movement. The tiles themselves are beautiful but the experience of having to send to send broken tiles back and hope they come in time so as not to delay our remodel was not pleasant
