DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of jeans which didn’t arrive, when I asked for a full refund I was told another pair had been ordered for me. These also didn’t arrive, emailed the company again and now the emails keep bouncing back. SCAM!!

Dreadful experince and £40 out of pocket.
I ordered three bras and was offered three more at a discount so ordered those too.
One order arrived but were a ridiculous fit, I immediately contacted the company and they required a photo of the SKU number on each of the items. Second order never arrived, so yet again I contacted them, instead of a refund as I requested they posted them in China !!
As requested I sent 6 photos, only to be told thats what I ordered and suggested I sell them on !!
Eventually offered me a £2 refund or return them to China.
Absolute waste of £40...You have been warned....order at your peril !!

Ordered a Halloween decoration 2 months ago and never recieved the item. Emails are being returned to me.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering anything from this company. Have not received my goods in weeks and weeks. I have finally requested my money back but I'm not hopeful that they will acknowledge my request. Dreadful company

Ordered jeans. Ad looked like UK based. Tracking showed shipped from Anchorage in USA. Ordered over 3 months ago. Have sent numerous emails. Got replies that it was enroute. Last 2 emails bounced back. Still haven't received jeans

I ordered the travel hoodie for my holiday. Well my holiday came and went and no hoodie. I reached out and was given lame excuses as to where it was so resent it. It arrived within 5 days. Checked both hoodies that was shipped one from America the other from china. I obviously received the china one. Was cheaply made, see through and not at all like it was advertised.
Reached out a few times for a refund, took them ages to respond and made excuses as to not give me a refund, the return would be expensive and I’d have to cover it. In the end they gave me a very insulting good will gesture of £2.
Do not buy from here. Cheaply made and falsely advertised

To be honest wouldn't rate them any stars, do not buy from this company, unless you want to receive no goods and lose your money. You send emails they say they will resend, wait longer and it is almost 2 months. Tracking says it is in Oxford Uk since 13/9. Have requested refund, no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The bras I ordered didn't fit and they have ignored every one of my refund requests.
Furthermore, the items took 4 weeks to arrive to the UK from the US.

Awful! I bought some jeans from here, they looked home made and cheap, very disappointed. Could not return. I threw them out they were so awful 😞

I kept receiving emails from support@aloeaura giving updated details of shipping, it was ridiculous. The jeans did a lap of the world!! Shame they didn't arrive! I requested a refund and reported to Trading Standards, again I received nothing.

I have waited 8 weeks for 2 pairs of jeans I have send email after email to be told no I’m not getting a refund even though they also know I’ve not received the order
It was also the 1st correspondence I have had off the company they are an absolute DISGRACE they should hang there shady heads in shame scamming people out of there hard earned money
I wonder if them people would wait 8 weeks for a pair of jeans NO THEY WOULDNT and I will make sure I tell everyone just how BAD THEY ARE SHOCKING

Bought three bras after seeing an advert. They Arrived and are nothing like advertised. Poor fitting and not the correct sizing. Tried to return the £32 worth of bras to be offered a measly £2 in compensation! Please avoid as they are an absolute scam!!!
Reported to trading standards.

Bought 3 bras, they are complete rubbish just fit for the bin. Please people do not waste your money. If I could zero rate them I would.

After getting in touch multiple times still no jeans, don't buy it's a scam.

After ordering 3 bras in good faith, I was so disappointed when they arrived. Nothing like they were described as. customer services offered me a £2 refund. So insulting. Don’t buy a thing from this scam company! Wafer thin bras, no support and not even bothered to help resolve issues. Waste of money

I ordered a wireless bra from this company under their “buy two, get the third free” offer. Total cost: £26.95. The advert looked great and the reviews seemed positive, so I went ahead. Unfortunately, I was completely let down.

Delivery took over 3 weeks, which already felt too long. When the bras arrived, I knew straight away I’d been misled. The material was cheap, nothing like advertised, and the fit was terrible. My breasts had no support whatsoever – the band didn’t fit, and the design offered zero lift.

When I complained, customer service refused to accept a return or give me a refund. Instead, they tried to offer me a ridiculous £2 “compensation” on a £26.95 order!

I now deeply regret buying from this company. They are misleading customers with false advertising and refusing to stand by their products. Please avoid – I don’t want others to waste their money like I did.

Don't buy from this company. I made the mistake of buying the plane hoodie. Its a fake. Never received it either. Stay away from this company. I asked them for my money back and they ignored me.

I ordered a pair of wide leg blue/grey ladies jeans August 2025 £19.99 + delivery. They arrived on 2nd September.
Not as advertised and to big. Contacted the company requesting return details and refund. They offered me £3 at first & to give them to someone else. I refused the offer insisting on A full refund of £19.99 they then returned with £6 as compensation. Still not acceptable. Anyway they have stopped contact with me regarding this. Very disappointed, annoyed & frustrated. A Scam & patronising company. Don't waste your time ordering from them. The goods come from China not America as expected

Ordered stretchy wide leg jeans, never arrived fake tracking info from USA, a month later told they will send from china, email address provided not valid.
