Very easy to buy and find what I need, very fast shipping after ordering, very reasonable purchase price, great quality stuff.

Computer malfunctions at Almy resulted in me having to call three times to get my order in time for a major service. The Alb was such strange material that I returned it. Guess what--they didn't refund my money rather kept it as a credit on my account. Then their computer found all the previously lost orders and reshipped the original order a month later and charged my credit card a duplicate amount. My simple online order has resulted in me having to make 6 or 7 calls to get this resolved.

I ordered a custom made cassock. I was very excited because I heard that custom Almy cassocks were superior quality. That was far from what I experienced. The pockets for the cassock are so far to the back of the cassock that I feel my back and not my front. The cassock is uneven. It does not bunch correctly and gathers on one side more than the other. Absolutely worst product I have ever purchased. I was at an event in my cassock and a tailor came to me and asked me who made my cassock, I told her and she told me that it was put together incorrectly. I asked her if she could fix it and she said no, the material was cut incorrectly. Very disappointed!
