Great find. The jacket is totally as in the image and the quality is excellent. The size also corresponds totally to what is advertised. Very satisfied indeed. Will return in future.

My order was not delivered at the required address. I contacted customer support trying to clarify and I was told nothing can be done and to try to collect it from where it was delivered 45 minutes from where I live. Customer support tried to convince me this is what I selected and indicated the delivery method instead the delivery address to support their response. It also took quite a lot to get my money back and only after I reached out to them. Overall a bad experience and lost money for the delivery on the customer expense.

What started as a great experience turned into a major disappointment. I found a beautiful dress on Almé’s website, perfect for an upcoming wedding, and placed my order on June 6. I was informed that the delivery would be slightly delayed, which was no issue because there was enough time.
On June 26, I received a message that the dress was on its way, followed shortly by a notification that it had been delivered to a pickup point. Just 10 minutes later, I was notified that it had already been collected, which was impossible, as I was at work at the time.
I immediately contacted customer service. To their credit, the initial response was fast and professional. I was asked to fill out forms and provide detailed information, which I promptly did. On July 4, I followed up again and was told they would contact the delivery service for further investigation.
Since then despite multiple follow-up emails from my side I’ve heard nothing back. No updates, no dress, no refund.
All in all, what began as a promising shopping experience ended in disappointment.

I ordered three items and decided to keep two. The third piece was returned immediately after trying it on – it was in perfect condition when I sent it back. However, I was told that the item was “damaged” and therefore I wouldn’t receive a refund. I asked for clarification and proof, but received no response. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails and have been completely ignored.
This was my first order and I was hoping to become a regular customer, but unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off. A shame, as I initially liked the style and quality of the clothing. I cannot recommend a brand that treats its customers this way.

Very disappointed overall. The quality does not match the price, the sizes do not match what they are supposed to.
It's so bad that I returned 2 pieces and wish I had not kept the 2 other, but now it's too late.
The shipping was a mess, my order was nowhere to be found, and what I returned also was lost somewhere for a few weeks. Luckily this issue was solved. They must do better to track both orders and returns: for an expensive French brand they are looking more amateur than any discount brand, which makes me think it probably is one, disguised.
I ordered 4 pieces: 2 trousers, 2 shirts, all in my correct size as per the description of the items.
I am a woman, I ordered in the women's section the Jamila and the Milo, both described as practical, loose, and comfortable. Sadly, both were strangely cut, as if for a man's body (or a petite Asian woman maybe): far too small at the thighs, small inseam, too much fabric at the belly, really terrible fitting.
The quality was also appallingly bad as well, some kind of shiny satin-type for something advertised to be practical trousers: it would have been either shredded in pieces or have all the threads pulled at the 1st wear while brushing against anything.
About the shirts, the Minah and the Chloé, that I kept because they seemed fine, and the size seemed right:
The Minah is a silky-type loose shirt in a raspberry colour, but it came in a rust orangy colour not raspberry. Not a big issue per se, I can make it work.
The sleeves showed on the models as ¾ are in fact mid biceps.
I guess the models are wearing 2 sizes above theirs to achieve that effect.
The fabric, though looking nice, is so thin I do not dare to wear the shirt if my cat is around or if I must wear a shoulder or crossbody bag, or a necklace, as it would probably destroy it.
It also stains immediately at any drop of water.
Sadly, I will not wear it often enough to justify the 80 euros I paid for it.
Last, and not the least of my disappointment, is the shirt Chloé.
I should have returned it with the trousers, but because it is such a nice looking statement piece with the cute lace and unique sleeves, I put it on and saw it fit, so I just kept it.
I only really tried to wear and style it a few days later, with the return window closed. It’s also a 80 euros shirt.
It is described as semi-sheer: it is in fact completely sheer. It’s just a thin veil, you must wear a camisole.
It's described as flowy: the sleeves are, but everything else is too fitted to be described as flowy.
The worst is that, although it is big enough to do so, it cannot be closed properly as the buttons pull the fabric to the side and you end up with an ugly mess of gathered fabric down the front.
The collar does not sit flat and straight at all, which makes me think, looking at the models online, that the whole thing must have been set with tape all down the front to keep it like that.
As for it being tunic-style hem, as described, it’s incorrect, as it opens at the hips, it cannot be closed to the last button, as it is clearly for someone without hips, and it is shorter than any tunic would.
Again, that’s probably why the models online ever show it over the trousers. Silly me for not noticing it before ordering.
I have not yet been able to wear it, as every time I try to do so, I feel ridiculous in it, trying to find ways to keep the collar and buttons sitting where they are supposed to, and trying to make the fabric stay in place inside my trousers and not always open to the side as there is not enough fabric for the shirt to stay closed at the hips.
It’s such a waste of money.
I will probably try to sell it, disclosing the issues, to someone with sawing skills to try to salvage it.
If not, I’ll likely have a seamstress do something with it for me, like close it completely so the front buttoning issue is gone, and maybe add fabric on the side seems to make it less thight fitting and more flowy.

👍🏻
- Quick delivery
- Beautiful styles
- Carefully wrapped + sprayed with perfume
👎🏻
- Pants already ripped
- Sequins and buttons fell of during first wear
- Overal bad quality and therefor expensive
My personal opinion: Would not repurchase from this company. I have filles in their follow-up form a month ago to address these issues and to this day still no reply

while I love the designs and the inclusivity and have quite the Almé wardrobe because of it, the quality and models are extremely inconsistent. E.g. : the Djamila pants have pockets in some colors, but not in others.
I have to mend seams too regularly (today, again) than is justified by the pricetag or the sustainability claims of the company, not because they rip, but because the seams (including embroidery) are so unacceptably sloppy that the thread essentially just slips out.
It often appears as if the materials chosen were not adapted to the construction of the garments (no lining on fragile materials, material too fragile for the seams chosen, etc.)
Buy only if you are good with needle and thread and have a high frustration tolerance.
Almé may need to invest less in its advertising, and more in ensuring it produces better quality than fast fashion.
In response to the answer from Almé of 5 September 2024: while I appreciate it, no solution that the customer service could offer would adequately address the issues explained, hence in my view no reason to reach out. Neither sending items back nor being offered replacement garments or discounts would be sustainable or eco-friendly at this stage. I can only reiterate that I really hope Almé gets their quality up to the standard that their designs and claimed mission deserve.

I ordered from Belgium on the 22nd of May. I received the notification that my order had been sent the same day.
Delivery took a lot longer than I expected. I got in touch with customer support after a while. They were friendly but there was not a lot they could do to help me.
On the 12th of June I received my order and was very disappointed with the quality of the items I received. I felt scammed. These clothes were absolutely not worth the price I paid. The delivered items were not the same as in their social media pictures. (Or the pictures are heavily edited.) The pants were the worst, there was no lining in the pockets so they were see-through. Not a flattering look!
I got back in touch with their customer support and they tried to come up with a solution for me but I decided to return the items since I felt like there was no saving them. I was also offered a discount on a next order, but will never purchase from this website again.
I returned my items 10 days ago but have since not received any updates. Apparently my return package is still on the way. Meanwhile I spent 165 euros on badly made clothing items and am not sure if I will ever see my money again.
I'm still giving 2 stars because their customer service people tried to be helpful and were responsive, but I would not recommend ordering here.
Maybe I had bad luck with the clothes I picked, but overall I had a bad experience.
Update July 20th: I returned my order on June 25th. Almost one month later and my return still hasn't reached its destination, so still no refund either.
Update July 31st: still no refund. I'll lower my rating because I have never experienced something like this before.
Update August 8th: I received a notification that PayPal is processing my refund. (I returned my items on June 25th.)

Pro's:
The design, the inclusive sizes, the colours. The jeans I bought fit me like a glove.
Cons:
Quality of materials :I had to return a jumpsuit and a dress because they ripped at the seams (the jumpsuit ripped within an hour of me wearing it). I also feel that sizing isn't fully nailed yet as I've had to downsize and upsize for similar articles i.e. pants (with the hassle of having to return). For the price I expect better quality.
