I booked them for the last 10 nights of Ramadan 2026 trip, their customer service after part payment was received got extremely poor, rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the war happened and they canceled a night before the trip without any prior conversation, they ignored my request for refund of $2900 and offered partial refund of $1654. I disputed with the bank, then these people who lack any fear of Allah came to threaten me in my DMs after having ignored my messages for weeks. They have informed the bank that they canceled due to war and it is non refundable due to their unfair policy, which I never signed by the way. Putting this out there so you don't make the same mistake that I did. NEVER ENGAGE THESE PEOPLE'S SERVICES, YOU WOULD LOSE YOUR MONEY, RESPECT AND PEACE OF MIND.

I applied for their umrah package and payed 200$ as a deposit but due to some visa problem , I told them I’ll be dropping the plan . They said that’s ok we will refund the deposit but till date I have not received.
What ever they talk it a lie and all their followers in instagram are fake.
Please do not fall into the trap

Why you guys delete the review!

This company is a fraud, they have a branch on USA, Who scams and do fraud.
I applied with them they said that within 7 days I will get my visa. I applied for my office leave and I applied for the visa for my family on my home country we have set everything for after ten days as I thought I ll get my visa in 7 days and three days for getting ready but these guys after 7 days it’s a delay wait 48 hours after 3 days i contacted them again they said hey sorry it’s weekend we ll give your visa on Monday.
My family was about toke their flight but I was waiting for my visa with these guys fraud and lies.

On Monday I called them again they said hey sorry there’s a delay wait for 48 hours again and then till yesterday after 19 days they said we can’t take your visa we will issue you a refund today you ll be contacted with out account department

At the of the day I got nothing I messaged them they said wait a minute I ll get back to you and now it’s again 48 hours and I got nothing.

They are lying in the holy month like drinking of water they just don’t care what they have done to me.

I lost all my companies holidays doing nothing my family went for umrah and I couldn’t join them my flights tickets are been cancelled.

What I can say for them is may Allah give them hedaya first to stop this type of scam or if they are not possible to be hedaya may Allah give them the depth of hellfire that they do scam in this holy thing.

If anyone wants to have a proof of my word please reply to this review I can share with you all the chats and emails

Al Makkah travel is really a great company, their prices are very reasonable for the good quality services they offer. The agent Ali Abbas really helped us alot. He is patient and very responsive. He was available at the shortest notice and answered all our questions. He went out to get us the best hotels at great rates!!! One thing i know for sure is that i am soo lucky to have stumbled on that instagram post. Thank you Ali Abbas!! Thank you Al Makkah Travel!!!

My experience with brother Zuhab was excellent. He was very patient and helpful. He was happy to make changes during the booking and after the booking process as and when needed. He was also available for the most part of the journey to help with any queries I had. I recommend brother Zuhab as an agent. The package was Tailored to me and my family’s needs and brother was very accommodating in making any requested changes. Brother also gave excellent value package for what we paid. Highly recommend !

I came across this company online, and I must say that the booking process was incredibly smooth. Dealing with a knowledgeable Hafiz-e-Quran made me feel at ease, and Zuhab excellent service in arranging an Umrah package for my family of eight people was truly remarkable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and our Umrah experience went exceptionally well.
Insha Allah booking Hajj next year with them.
