If I could give this company a zero I…

If I could give this company a zero I would. The pic showed a thick 3d wooden ornament. It was a flat cutout. It was for my best friend that passed away and I paid 50 bucks, when it looks like a dollar store cheap thing. So disappointed, but it was my own fault, I should have read reviews first. My bad, but they are a scam

Horrible product, even worse service.

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a custom gift for my niece. I paid extra for shipping protection. It took weeks to arrive, and when it finally did come, it was incomplete and damaged. I sent pictures, reported my complaints, and I keep getting generic apologetic responses that don’t actually solve the problem. I’m STILL going back and forth to get a refund two months after placing my order. What an absolute nightmare this has been. Do yourself a favor and buy from literally anywhere else.

My only issue was delivery time

My only issue was delivery time. This was no fault of Almagems, but of the carrier. I dealt with Traci at customer service on this issue. She was professional, extremely helpful and hunted down my order. I'm very happy with the product and the service.

My experience with Anna in customer service was excellent; she responded quickly and courteously by email.
My package arrived according to their company's standards, securely packaged and in very good condition. It is of very good quality.

I am so immpressed with the mug I ordered. It was exactly what I wanted and I am so impressed the very fast delivery. I brought the mug for a friend for Christmas . She doesnt have it yet but I know she will love it. Thank you it is everything I wanted for my friend . I love it. 👏

Not Raised Oranment


What they show is a raised ornament. What I got was a flat wooden cutout. This was supposed to be a remembrance for my little girl, Missy, who died last February. I am so disappointed. I have demanded refund.

Don't Do It

Don't make the purchase: Ordered two items on Dec 1st for Christmas. One item never arrived; company ignored multiple cancellation request that I sent once Christmas had come and gone. However, they 're-shiped' January 1st without my consent. The second item was poor quality—a crooked, faded sticker instead of the vibrant design as advertised. Customer service ('Agnes') uses repetitive scripts and refuses refunds. Filed a dispute with my bank and the FTC.

Placed order to receive by Christmas, didn't happen

Placed an order in plenty of time to receive for my granddaughter before Christmas based on the production time and shipping days they posted. It was getting close to Christmas and I could see the shipping label they created had no movement. I wrote to them and told them I was concerned the item was going to be late. They kept assuring me it was not, this was typical and it would be here on time. After a few days at my urging, they realized the product was not moving. I told them I did not want it and could not use it after Christmas, and I was even more upset that they didn't believe me when I first called. Still they said my product was in the area and to be patient. Of course it wasn't and again, I asked for a refund. Long story short, the item arrived 4 days after Christmas from another source and not with the shipping label I had been tracking. My granddaughter was no longer here. I had replaced the gift with something else. I'm getting no response from customer service. Just an email from the person tracking the package saying I should open the package and look at the great quality and I would be happy. So, I guess they expect me to be thrilled and spend another $10 to ship the gift to my granddaughter. I have contacted customer service twice with no response.
