All Weather Roofline 

Wish I had never let this company do any work at all on our property.. the staff are harassing me with phone calls and when I explain I am still waiting to hear what they are going to do about replacement glass in a landing window that doesn’t fit properly and the wind actually screams through it.. the bathroom window pvc near the handle bends when you close it.. I was only left with one key in the bathroom and none for the double openers in the bedroom and I also have had no 10 yr guarantee .. there is more but those are the things I want correcting so I can get on with my life and block every number they have rang me on..I have sent 2 emails to complaints but these have been ignored.. I gave a 14 day response time which has gone well over but looks like I have no choice now so will have to go down the alternative route..

The salesman was really helpful. The fitter was very organised and did an excellent job. He was efficient and has done the job to a high standard. Only negative is there is a little white cap missing from one of the hinges, is there any chance we could be sent one please.

We had a rep from this so called company said his name was Michael around the FY4 area of Blackpool on Tuesday 3rd March 2026, despite having no cold calling sticker on my door he still tried it on, we said NO to him he left us with a leaflet of the work they do the company says its head office is in Doncaster (South Yorks) and on the leaflet it does not mention LANCS on it, i knew there was something wrong one hour later the Lancs Police and Blackpool Trading Standards Team were knocking on asking for CCTV of him and his team there were a gang of them going around Stay clear of them folks.

Only one month from the installation could not lock the door 9 out of ten times.Unprofessional workers.Big gaps between door and locking systems.

I recently hired this company for new windows and doors, and it was a mistake from start to finish. The quality of the installation is incredibly sloppy; it looks rushed and lacks any attention to detail. Worse than the poor workmanship was the attitude of the crew. They were unprofessional and disrespectful throughout the entire process. Save your money and your sanity—hire someone else who actually takes pride in their work and treats their customers with respect.

Young man with leaflets came looking for leads, I do not normally entertain doorstep hawkers, but needed a few glazed units replacing. Sales man turned up, he was polite and pleasant, not over pushy like most. Happy with the quote, a few days later full measurements and details taken. Then came the fitting, fast,efficient, and clean. All within ten days. I can not fault the service I received.

Received a leaflet through the door from a young lad called Jack and decided to book a 1:00pm appointment today for a guttering quote. The gentleman turned up but refused to provide a quote unless my partner was present.
At no point was I asked whether I even have a partner, nor who owns the property. I find it completely unacceptable that as a woman, in my own home, I was effectively told a quote couldn’t be given to me. It’s equally my house, and I am perfectly capable of discussing and making decisions about work that needs doing.
Very disappointing experience and quite frankly outdated behaviour. I won’t be using this company.

Lovely door! It feels really solid and secure, looks great, and was installed on the agreed date by a friendly and efficient fitter. I’d definitely use this company again.

The window fitters, Paddy and Rob were excellent and nothing was too much trouble , highly professional .

simple straight forward ordering and survey. excellent installation team ( leo and his dad), very friendly and professional. good quality product ( windows), house is now warmer. new doors being fitted march.

Do not use this company. Carried out work on a conservatory roof and plastering to our property before Christmas. They over ran by a week! Workmen not turning up, cancelling last minute. No one from AWR even came to inspect the work once complete until we complained! Took pictures of very bad plastering work window board cut short and on an angle! Due to the over run the carpets and other works were booked so we could use the room at Christmas! When asked for an outline of complaints procedure and stated our consumer rights they basically sent an email saying there closing down our complaint no discussion on how it could be resolved other than the plasterer who messed up in the first place to re attend and resand which isn’t an option for us now having had All the carpet and sofa delivered, no care was taken when the room was empty so no faith in any being taken now it’s been furnished! Awful awful company to deal with! Avoid at all costs!
Update to your comments below: as you will of seen in the email communication with you we’ve expressed concerns they’ve been ignored and dismissed. The customer service is diabolical and the expectation of a full wall needed to be sanded is disgraceful give the amount you’ve charged for this work. Disgraceful customer care and workmanship!

What a bunch of grate lads who came fit the windows. Great quality

Avoid: Zero aftercare and dishonest service.
​I have spent over £10,000 with AllWeatherRoofLine for windows and doors, but the moment something went wrong, the service disappeared. My garage door motor failed after just one month, and it took 6 months, 19 phone calls (none of which were returned), and a wasted day of annual leave before they finally showed up.
​When the engineers eventually arrived to replace the unit, they dropped the new motor, resulting in visible damage and a non-functional control panel. To make matters worse, they were dishonest about it, claiming they had dropped the "old" unit—despite my garage security camera clearly showing otherwise and told me control panel is faulty so I have to wait approx another 2 week for new just front panel, leaving whole motor with visual scratches.

Our conservatory now feels like a completely new space, bright and inviting. The attention to detail throughout the installation really shows in the final result.

The difference the new windows have made to our home is incredible. The installation was clean, efficient, and finished exactly as promised, with no mess left behind.

Company does not take any responsibility for dodgy work they complete, they damaged our flooring, sold us a door that locks on its own when it is not meant to. Avoid the headache at all costs.

Spoke to a sales representative a couple of years ago and decided not to proceed - have received constant spam calls since then. I have requested to be removed from their database and assured I would be and yet they constantly call back. Disruptive and harrassing. Not at all GDPR Compliant - be wary about giving this company your details!

We had a complete set of windows and doors, including patio doors. They look good, fit well and feel safe and secure. The team who fitted them all in two days were friendly and polite, and carried on working despite the awful January weather. The house was left tidy and clean, and the rooms are now so much lighter than before.
