SENT THE RINGS BACK, TOLD 5-7 DAYS TO FIX, LOST DINNER RESERVATONS 3 TIMES, ENDNING UP TAKING A MONTH TO "FIX" JUST TO GET THEM BACK WITH THE KARATE MARKING THAT WAS WRONG SCRATCHED OFF THE RING SO WE CANT READ IT (SKETCHY!!!!) , PRONG AND STONE WERE UNTOUCHED, THEY LITERALLY SENT IT BACK IN IDENTICAL CONDITON.!!! I ORDERED 2 MONTH OF CUSHION BEFORE THE BIG DAY....NOW FOUR MONTHS LATER, NO FIX, FOR A $527 GOLD GRADE DIFFERENCE THEY OFFER $5/ CREDIT, WEKK DELAY IN RESPONSE UNTIL I FILED A BBB CLAIM, WAS TOLD OVER 4 WEEKS AGO THE "OWNER" WAS BEING NOTIFIED, JUST FOR THIS WEEK BLAZE TO SAY "THANKS FOR BRINGING THIS TO MY ATTENTION"...WHAT!!!?? WE'VE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH ON THIS FOR 4 WEEKS...YOUR JUST NOW SAYING YOUR SENDING TO OWNER WHEN YOU SAID THTA TWO WEEKS AGO!! NOW THE OWNER AGREES TO ONE THING AND THEN CHANGES THEIR MIND CONSTANTLY. OTHER ONLINE REVIEWS HAVE SIMILAR SITUATIONS AND ISSUES WITH THEM (CHECK NY BBB SITE). I was nervous about ordering fine jewelry online. Never had done it before. I took the leap and was enormously satisfied with the pendant that I ordered for my wife for our 20th anniversary. It is absolutely beautiful and will be very special to her. Allurez has one truly satisfied customer. If I could give 6 stars I would!

It was a great experience for my first on- line jewelry purchase. The process was clear and the delivery product was perfect. I will definitely shop here again.

Asked for a refund 2 weeks before the product shipped in December of 2020. Did not receive a refund. After contacting the BBB I finally got a response from the Company.

Company refused to give me a cash refund. Unsatisfactorily settled for store credit and got earrings. It is the 28th of July before this was settled.

I'll never use this Company again.

Beautiful sunflower pendant. The individual flower petals are very detailed. Love that it was available in white gold since that is my daughter's preference, and this will be a special present.

I love the necklace I ordered from Allurez. It was a smooth experience, and I recommend highly for those looking to buy a beautiful piece of jewelry.

I was disappointed in the size of the stones on the ring I ordered. The images made the ring look much larger than the reality. I would probably order from Blue Nile next time to get better value.

Took a while to receive my ring but I am happy with it. Thought I would get an actual certificate showing the diamond grade but I did t. I did get one emailed though.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase experience working with Rojan and the team at Allurez. We shopped around in person at local retailers and online for my wife's 10-year anniversary gift and would tell anyone to look no further than Allurez not only due to their great customer service but the high quality and workmanship of our purchases. A++!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: They are a nightmare to deal with. They lie constantly and either ignore you, or take a super long time to get back to you. I sent my jewelry back to them for repairs about three weeks ago and haven’t heard a peep about the status. I already disputed the charges since the ring had an inclusion on it. I will contact my card company and tell them that Allurez has my jewelry back in their possession and doesn’t plan to give it back apparently. Save yourself the headache and buy jewelry locally!

UPDATE: So it turns out that after a manager told me they were going to repair the jewelry, Allurez actually issued a full refund, even before I mailed the jewelry back. Which means they had no intention of even repairing it in the first place. They didn't send an e-mail at all notifying me of this. I sent texts, calls, e-mails and no response after I sent the jewelry back. Discover Card was the one who let me know that a refund had been issued, two weeks later. Then I got a text from Allurez after my phone call with Discover and was told that I had been issued a full refund. Gee thanks Allurez. At least I did get my money back though. I will obviously never deal with them again, and most importantly I will never ever buy fine jewelry online again.

UPDATE 2: Allurez flagged my review as being “not an authentic customer experience.” So TrustPilot asked for receipts which I provided them. So now my review is verified. Nice try Allurez. STOP LYING. That’s the only way to repair your reputation.
