In 2010, Allurez was founded by Raphi to make the jewelry shopping experience special once again. Upon researching the industry, he discovered that most jewelry sold in stores was made overseas with inferior quality to jewelry made in the USA, and was sold at extremely high prices. What Raphi did next was launch Allurez for the jewelry customer to go directly to the source, and hired the best designers and jeweler's in the industry. By doing this, Allurez revolutionized the jewelry shopping experience with exceptional quality at affordable prices. Customized for you and filled with true and sentimental value. Since then Allurez has grown to a household name and is now one of the fastest growing jewelry brands in the US. Allurez is featured in the press at Brides, the Knot, Cosmopolitan and many more. THE COMPANY NAME WAS DERIVED FROM THE WORD ALLURE. The Z was added to be a metaphor for the beginning of the alphabet to the end, jewelry is meant to be eternal and last a lifetime. It symbolized the love from the start and is to remind you each and every day.

I recently bought an engagement ring from Allurez, and I am beyond impressed. The quality is absolutely stunning, and it was crafted right here in the USA, which gives me confidence in its durability and authenticity. I highly recommend them for custom designs!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. No one is ever available and the representatives always offer a call back or an email which doesn't happen. Every issue is "sent to the back office". Wedding band was late even though they were very well aware of the date it needed to be received by. I had called many times expressing the urgency. Took a month to receive it. We ended up having to purchase another ring from another jeweler. Return process took over a month. After persistent calls they finally emailed me return instructions. They also require signature and insurance on the package so it was almost $100 just to return my item. They still have not issued the refund. It has been a month since they received it. More broken promises again today stating I will get a call back or an email. Highly urge people to steer clear of this company.

After a lot of research

After a lot of research, I chose Allurez to create a custom engagement ring for my partner, and it was the best decision I could have made. The design process was easy, and the staff was attentive and informative. The ring is breathtaking, and the quality is impeccable. My partner was over the moon when she saw it. Allurez made a significant moment in our lives even more special.

Gift was eight weeks late

The graduation gift was eight weeks late being delivered. Appears to be smaller than the example in the picture. Did not monogram the simple message “with love”. This company is not worth the money or the time waiting for their substandard product.

A delayed gift, missing personalization, and disappointment in the final product is not something we ever want for our customers. As we previously explained, your pendant had to be remade due to porosity found in the metal — a rare but natural occurrence during the casting process. Once the remake was completed, we were ready to ship your pendant; however, you requested that we hold the shipment due to hurricanes in your area and because you would be away from home. We fully respected that request and waited for your confirmation to proceed with delivery.

Additionally, we were happy to offer you the engraving. However, we did not receive the pendant back from you to complete the engraving. We are still more than willing to provide this for you — simply contact our customer service team at Service@Allurez.com, and we’ll be glad to assist.

Quality Merchandise

The quality and craftmanship was beautiful. The fire of the moissanite diamond is spectacular, just as described. The choices and designs available are more than you could ask for.

I have nothing but bad experiences

I have nothing but bad experiences with this company. First they apparently forgot my order for months. Theyn they sent it and it was not up to the standard I was expecting. Their return policy states that an item can be returned for any reason if you request a return authorization code within a certain time window. They state that they will not accept returns unless you have received a return authorization code. I requested the return authorization code and received no response from the company. I would recommend against purchasing from this company, their return policy is suspect, and I would question their ethics in general.

Terrible service

It was a month after my chain was suppose to come when I emailed them, and they told me it would be shipped right away. I emailed once a week for an additional month and kept getting told my order was being prioritized. So two months after I was suppose to receive my order, I requested a refund. They ignored my email and never responded. A week after that I emailed again askigg no for a refund. Only then did they ever email me back and finally shipped my order. It should not take multiple emails and two request for refunds for a company to ship what you already paid for. Will never order from them again.

This website is terrible

Said it would ship out in 1-7 business days. Took a month. Couldn’t get answers from the call center. I was 99% sure I got scammed. The diamonds don’t look like the advertised picture.

Beautiful ring and excellent customer service

My son's engagement ring shipped later than expected but I give 5 stars because our customer service rep, Bryan, walked us through the waiting period, continually checking on the order progress. He made sure the ring was received in timely fashion and was so professional. When the ring arrived, my son was completely satisfied. It's beautiful!
