While visually similar pieces may exist across a wide range of price points, our pricing reflects more than fabric composition alone. Materials such as spandex and polyester are widely used across the lingerie industry — including premium collections — with overall value shaped by fit, cut, small-batch production, quality control, and brand standards.

Regarding presentation, this is not the experience we aim to deliver. We are currently reviewing our internal packing and fulfillment methods with our team to understand why the set did not arrive neatly, and we will ensure a cleaner, more intentional presentation moving forward.

Our product photos are taken in natural lighting and are intended to accurately reflect the fabric and design, but we understand that textures like satin vs. cotton can appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings. We're also sorry the fit wasn’t right for you — sizing can vary based on body type, and we always recommend checking our size guide before placing an order.

We’d also like to clarify that only one bodysuit was purchased in your order, not two. If there was any confusion during checkout, we’re more than happy to look into it for you.
As per our return policy, we accept returns within 30 days only for items that are misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost in transit. If you believe your item falls into one of these categories, please reach out to us with photos, and our team will be glad to assist you.
