I've placed an initial large order and then a number of small ones as the work progressed. The service and speed provided by Damian at the branch in Shirley (and his team) has been outstanding and super fast far exceeding that of other suppliers we've used as the job has progressed. The item was ordered on line and was showing that there were 8 in stock.
The order was placed and a. Email was received saying that I would get a further email when to collect the item. I waited 3 days and had to call to find out if the item was ready for collection to be told I had been refunded as they do not stock the item I ordered.

Ordered some nails click and collect. Phone rang within minutes of placing the order to say they were available to pick up

Left delivery on my drive didn't knock just posted the paperwork through the door very unprofessional.

Easy to order and quick to pick up

I placed online order on 14/03 for collection from Woolwich branch. I telephoned Alltype on 17/03 and was advised that the ordered items are in stock at Orpington branch and would be transferred to Woolwich for collection on 19/03. I called again on 20/03, and was given same story. Today a week passed from order. No further updates from Alltype and no product. This is delaying works on one of our projects. Not impressed as few years ago service and prices used to be good. I wonder if someone at Alltype will read this and sort out our order.

Great website to navigate, everything I needed was available and ready collect straight away.
Even had a courtesy call from Paige to make sure the order was completed correctly, it was.
100% recommend.

Placed multiple orders through alltype roofing website and collected at the Bromley branch. All staff are really helpful especially Paige who followed up with a phonecall to ensure my order was correct and if I needed any further assistance, definitely recommend her and alltype to anyone.
