I read the comments below written by Mr. Kuppen. We've got exactly the same issue. Payment not confirmed, but my bank tells my a different story and the money is definitely payed! I think my money is lost.
If you're wise read trustpilot and believe the reviews do NOT order by this company. Definitely not trustworthy!!

I ordered a jacket on NOvember 25 - never got a confirmation and when I looked into a bit closer by opening an account I saw that my payment is pending - not confirmed, yet I paid and it has been debited from my bank account. So, I sent two mails about this issue on November 29 including screenshots of the relevant bank mutation
Today December 3 I got a reply that there are issues with the IDEAL payment - and they will look into it. I would like to know how long it takes to solve this issue because looking at previous reviews it seems that Alltricks is dealing with this problem quite some time now... I hope I will have better news when I write a new review. I ordered a Patagoina jacket, not cheap, supposed to be a Xmas present.

I paid products via iDeal, but it still says 'payment not confirmed'. My bank states that the amount is paid in full directly to ALLTRICKS. Furthermore I have sent 3 Emails but not ONE respons.
Update 3-12-2024: Response from Alltricks is that they have problems with their financial system and that we should have some patience. Furthermore, they tell me to call their customerservice in France (!!!!). I did before this response and luckily there is still some knowledge of the French language in my brain. If you present yourself as a European company it would be rather nice if you have at least people in cusomer service who speak and understand English.
As for my patience, there is a limit.
I would recommend NOT BUYING with Alltricks for the time being.

Never order anything here! It's a scam!
I payed for my order and never heard anything back from them, tried to contact through the contact form - no reply. So I guess I've just lost a bunch of money and all I can do is report them to Police.
Save yourself and stay away from this store. The name says it all, right?

There were some problems with international payments so my order took 2 days longer than expected but in the end everything worked out well. It would be good if it would be easier to contact them directly.

Orders never arrived and long waiting time until someone could help and finally get a refund. This happenes regularly because they sell items they don't have in stock.

On the site they say that about 2 days my order will be here , so i take a day free from work to install everything , now 5 day further still didn’t receive anything!!!!

I am very amazed by the fact that this company is just so bad at everything?
Allow me to explain what happened.
I have ordered 2 helmets at this company. One was totally fine, so they can actually do something right. but the other helmet. Here we go.
First of all the size of the helmet was incorrect. But the helmet looked so nice I didn't even notice at first. But I came to the conclusion, that this wasn't even the helmet I ordered in the first place. So the size and the helmet was totally different from my order.
That can happen, but when I reordered the helmet again and had some nice contact in the meantime with a helpdesk employee. They send me a wrong helmet AGAIN.
Okay, keep kalm and verified with the specific lady that they would verify with the warehouse that they have the correct one in stock. As a "sorry for the miscommunication" I received my money back in my website account and I got a premium subscription on their website for free shipping.
So after that, I had my money waiting in their website before ordering again. They verified that they did not have the correct helmet at their warehouse so I could go for another option.
We were 1,5 week further already. And a new stock of helmets came into their warehouse. So I ordered the specific helmet again, but guess what?
WRONG HELMET. So now my patience was over but as I am a nice guy I send them an email if they would even verify the orders before shipment and ask them how to continue with this issue.
In the meantime, my friend ordered a helmet from their website, and ALSO received a wrong one. But he was okay with that helmet (probably the one which was very nice but I send back to them because it was the wrong one.)
After all this, as they send me 3 times the wrong helmet order, I decided to leave it as it is and go for a full refund on my bank account. And here it started to get annoying.
In the first communication with the nice lady I got my money back after proof of shipment to their warehouse. but this time it was different. The Lack of trust I believe or were they as annoying on my as I was on them?
I asked for a full refund of my order on the 19-06. After one week i was wondering about the status? But then the Ignore game started. I have mailed and contacted them 7 times in different ways. And after some serious anger management they finally came back to me with a refund. I can confirm I have received my money back (€150,-) after 5 weeks of waiting.
But no communication at all?
I am very unsatisfied with their communication, their prices seems okay but how can you do it wrong like this, over and over again?
As I got 10 email messages from them for asking me to do a review. Here you are.

I am leaving totally in the dark with my retour-delivery. i did not received an emil of confirmation as told and I try to contact you by an contact-form but you are also not confirming these mail. So I now I think I just lost my shoes/money and I think that is not okay! You have to have an easy possibility for contact. so. that why I only give you one star. Terrible service
Buying something here works perfectly fine, but when theirs is an issue with the product they’re not helpful.
First I had to contact the brand of the product I bought myself and see if they had a solution. They didn’t have one. After that they’ve send my personal details to that company (without my consent) to try again. More then a month later, I haven’t heard anything from that company nor from Alltricks.
I’ve send multiple messages, but they’re ignoring me for over a month now.
Ordered an article that I wanted to return. Article was not registered on my account and you can’t contact Alltricks by phone. Since my order is not in the system registered,I can’t return and I lost my money. Extremely poor service. Never will buy there again and I advise other people to use more trustworthy companies.

Items arrive, but their response to warranty concerns seems to indicate avoidance of responsibilities. If you want a product that arrives in good condition, be aware that support may be lacking.

I was hesitant to order from AllTricks because of the reviews. But I still did it, as I was able to find the ASICS that I wanted only from them. And I’m not regretting it. Super fast delivery! Places my order on June 8th and on June 13th it was delivered. Everything is exactly as described. Overall super happy with my order, no problems at all.

I was a bit reluctant to order a complete bike based on some of the other reviews, but I'm really glad that I did! Not only was the price much better than other sites, but it was delivered extremely fast and had the exact specifications described in the listing. I would not hesitate to order from Alltricks again - very happy with my experience!
