Worst customer care ever by Alltricks
This is the second review about one order, this company Alltricks just have no idea how to assist a customer and deliver customer service. My order has still not been fulfilled even after my escalation and Alltricks giving me my shipping costs back( i would rather have had my goods delivered on time). They have still not got back to me after numerous emails. My delivery of order number 260121T073366159 is now more that a week late and no communication as o when I will get my shipment. The one package arrived today but the expensive bicycle is nowhere to be found. Can someone just ask a senior manager/director to do something.

Yes, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. That is the law.
Upon receipt, your return is therefore refundable.
If this period is exceeded, the return is non-refundable. We will issue a credit note that can be used without any time limit.
We also have a 30-day return period (which we extend to 60 days during the festive season) and 100 days for Alltricks+ customers.
Please do not confuse the withdrawal period with the return period.
Your order was delivered on 11 December and your return request was made on 19 January, more than a month after delivery.
I note that you have not followed up on your return request.

Scammers! Do not delivered to me my order and refuse to refund missing delivery!!!!
Scammers!!! My order 251013T072626294 was placed 13/10/2025
They shipped my parcel via DPD 04383166756840 you can track this tracking number.
Status: In transit 23/10/2025
and parcel had not update more than 30 days!!!!! DPD probably lost parcel. BUT!!! ALLTRICK SAID TO ME PARCEL WAS DELIVERED!!!!!!
I asked about proof of delivery with consignee name and surname and signature but they do not even have this info, why???? Because parcel was not delivered!!!!

Missing delivery
If you don't receive your goods within 30 days, or within the agreed time, you should remind the trader giving them an additional, reasonable time limit to deliver. For example, if the trader has informed you that your delivery is delayed by a week because of problems with his suppliers you should consider giving him that extra week.
If the trader still doesn't deliver within the extended deadline then you're entitled to terminate your contract and be reimbursed as soon as possible. You don't have to give the trader extra time if they refuse to deliver or when an agreed delivery period is essential, for example, if you need the goods for a specific event, such as a dress for a wedding, and you have informed the trader of this in advance.
30 days passed out. 60 days allready passed out and Alltricks violated the LAW!!! THEY JUST IGNORE AND VIOLATED LAW!!!!
I contacted with police and post this feedback to let people know what Alltricks scammers.
Give you last chance Alltricks. solve my problem or police and ECC NET will open dispute with you and my bank manager as well and you will have a problem and i otherswise refunded my missing order.

Very poor customer service and bad communication.
It’s been 24 days since I’ve reached out about an issue with a pair of Oakley Sunglasses purchased from Alltricks. Communication is very bad and the last message was from the 17th when Vincent messaged saying ‘I should receive an answer in 2 or 3 days Maximum’ it’s been 8 days and nothing.
I first reached out on the 1st of November about this issue.
I have spent thousands at this store over the years and have not once reached out with an issue with a product. I’m very disappointed about how this company handle ‘customer service’ and although the prices and delivery is quick if you have a problem they will not help you. I will be taking my money elsewhere and would advise using BikeDiscount as an alternative if you want real customer service.
