Please note that rackets with string upgrades take an additional 2–3 working days to dispatch, as each racket needs to be professionally strung before being sent out.

Wrong items delivered
Ordered some dampeners and they delivered the wrongs. I am incredibly annoyed because I didn’t order these ones, don’t like the design and will not be using them. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from this company

I have been provided no tracking information. And they aren’t replying to my emails but they brag about good trust pilot reviews but they dont seem trustworthy

Disappointed No delivery, no communication, and no phone response
I am highly disappointed with my experience. I placed an order specifically because the website promised faster delivery, with a scheduled arrival date of Thursday 11/06/2026.The items never arrived. Following the instructions on the confirmation email, I replied to ask for an update, but received no response or explanation. I have also tried calling their phone number multiple times, but nobody answers.I chose this shop for speed, but now I am left with no items and zero customer service. Avoid.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns for items purchased online from us, and we do make this clear on our website before purchase.
We do, however, have physical stores where you can try on our footwear collection. If you'd like to give us another try in the future, this can be a good way to ensure the fit is right and avoid having to return shoes that aren't quite suitable from an online order.
