It costs more for us to send the parcels than what we are charging but we are happy to this as the courier service we use is the most efficient and professional service that suits our small business.

Bad and good points
The delivery was very fast and I think it arrived the next day with a little free gift of cat nibbles which was a nice surprise and the reason for 2 stars. Im deducting 3 stars because the product itself, an inescapable cat harness , wasn't any use, as to my horror when I looked af my little cat after being in a cage with the harness on while travelling for a few hours, had managed to get her fron leg through the neck hole of the harness and was completely disturbed and distorted. No wonder she was crying the whole journey. Poor thing. Also, the fact the harness must be forcably pulled over the cats head in the first place it another design flunk. I think your company should remove this cat harness from your website altogether. Best wishes going forward.

We are sorry to hear you had some trouble with your cat harness we take animal safety very serious with all of our products and we will make the supplier of these harnesses aware of the issues you have raised as this particular supplier is always aiming to improve the quality of there products.
Also please be aware going forward it is advised that you should never leave any pet unsupervised with a harness on them for any period of time as the harness can get tangled, cause injurey, and cause stress, anxiety, and skin irratation it should only be used for walks in a controlled environment and removed immediately afterward no matter what brand of harness you purchase. Again sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope that your cat is ok in the future when wearing other harnesses.
