Unfortunately, the company failed to clean to the required end of tenancy standard. Although, I was given a guarantee they would return and make good, they did not contact the landlords for over a week after I sent an email requesting this. This was not the only instance of poor communication, on their behalf. Due to the time lag, and as our tenancy was then completed, the landlords brought in new cleaners to make good and took this fee off our deposit. This meant we paid cleaning fees twice.
Very disappointed and out of pocket! Do not recommend.

Just had Allstar Cleaning clean my hall and stair carpets. They were really dirty, but came up like new. Really pleased, will definitely use them again.

Hired Allstar Cleaning last week and wow, I was amazed. I rent my property out and asked for an end of tenancy clean before new tenants moved in. When I didn’t think it could be saved, they showed me otherwise. Would highly recommended, especially for the price. Great team, so friendly and organised. Would definitely use them again.

Hired them for a end-of-rental cleaning which includes guarantee that they come back to clean any points the rental agency/landlord raises.
Rental agency (savills) sent list of things that were not clean yet, they came to redo it. Rental agency says it's still not clean enough. I now had to pay rental agency cleaning cost also.

Tried to get in contact with allstar to resolve this between them and the rental agency (as I couldn't check cleanliness as I had already moved out), but they stopped replying to me.

This company was brilliant.
If I could give more stars I would.
Last minute deep clean of our property and all star cleaning came to the rescue!
They are a credit to their name and gave great customer service all the way.
They done a sterling job on our large house and cleaned placed I have touched in years.
I would use their service again and again!

I booked Allstar Cleaning a month in advance.
I emailed the day before job was meant to happen to confirm.
Called as no response.
They said they didn’t have any cleaners to do the job.
Not sure if they would have told me if I hadn’t called.
When I told them the property had to be cleaned as tenants were moving in they found another company.
Other company charged me almost 20% more than price originally agreed with Allstar Cleaning and didn’t clean the windows outside as originally agreed with Allstar Cleaning.
If you need a reliable cleaning company I wouldn’t use Allstar Cleaning.

I booked Allstar weeks in advance but they cancelled on me at the last minute, leaving me with 24 hours to find another cleaner on the day I was moving.

Just received a completely dissatisfactory service from Allstar cleaning. I asked them for a pre move in cleaning and windows. I am not entirely sure what they have cleaned in the house and definitely they cherry picked the windows. I would definitely do not recommend this company.

Would highly recommend this company. The owner has fabulous organisational skills to lead her team. They helped us throughout the opening of a 5* lodge accommodation site.

Guys did a top notch job in our flat. We had a last minute move, and they really saved our bacon cleaning the flat after we had left the country. Letting agent also said that they had done a great job, and we got our full deposit back!

Not a company I would use again, should of known better when a company requests payment in advance.

We arranged for a property to have general cleaning,
with specific instructions to have our kitchen floor tiles to have a deep clean, this had been agreed but unfortunately only a mop and bucket had been used. When I called and explained this had not been carried out, only to be told they do not have the equipment and the machine to do this type of work costs one thousand pounds!! I was further informed that there must have been a misunderstanding. Sorry Allstar Cleaning will not be recommending your services or use you guys again.
I carried out the cleaning with a hand brush and washing powder, perfect results.

Hired them for a premium price to clean the house thinking that the job will be done properly and professionally. However, the property wasn't cleaned properly. There was a lot of dust on the skirting, windows weren't cleaned, grease was smudged all over the kitchen tiles, bathroom tiles not cleaned, oven not cleaned properly... If this wasn't enough, they have left the bathroom window opened and left the property unattended. If I haven't sent my friend to check whether everything was allright with the property after they have left, the window would stay open for five days. They have damaged the walls in multiple places and damaged the sink. Before accepting their quote, they have committed to returning the keys where they were collected, but on the day they told me that they won't do that, so they left the keys in the back yard where anyone was able to get to them and I had to disturb my friend and ask him at short notice to go collect the keys when he can. I have raised a complaint and presented photographic evidence of what they did but the owner refused to deal with it although she acknowledged that the property wasn't cleaned properly and that mistakes were made. The owner is very unprofessional and she is not replying to emails nor answering the phone calls hoping that this will go away. She was contacting my letting agency to obtain personal information about me and my tenancy at the property even though I have advised her twice that I'm not OK with this, but she still went ahead with this and breached the privacy laws.
Be careful when dealing with them and make sure to oversee everything they do in your house. Of course, take pictures of your house before you let them in.
I'm sorry that I chose them hoping that premium price means premium service. I would be better off with someone who advertises on facebay pages.
