Update

I am glad to report that I finally did get my refund and the team are always very professional in their language despite the obvious stresses of their job. Thumbs up!

I did not subscribe to this company

I did not subscribe to this company. I noticed the deduction on my bank statement and immediately sent emails to cancel the subscription. Repeated emails were sent for cancellation yet another amount was deducted.

Imane was very professional

Imani was very professional, friendly and very helpful. He guided me through the whole process on how to cancel my subscription with no hiccups. I would really recommend Imani and his proficiency to anyone.

This company say you will receive a…

This company say you will receive a parcel from them if you do a survey and pay for the parcel to be delivered.. So you do the survey and pay the courier cost and then the DO NOT SEND THE PARCEL AND THE START TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. THIS IS NOT GOOD BECAUSE IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. AND THIS IS NOT GOOD.. WHY DOES IT NOT SAY YOU NEED TO SUBSCRIBE TO BE A MEMBER TO RECEIVE PARCELS. THIS IS BULLSHIT AND THEN WHEN YOU ASK FOR YOUR MONEY TO BE REFUNDED THEY GIVE YOU A LONG STORY AND YOU NEED TO FIND IN ALL SORTS OF THIS AND REVIEWS LIKE THIS AND STILL YOU HAVE TO WAIT BUT THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT QUICK TO REFUND IT
