I needed a tuning mech for an imminent gig. Ordered for delivery next day before 1pm, and had it by 10am. Royal mail failed to keep their tracking up to date, but I can't fault AllParts for that.

Unfortunately, RoyalMail accidentally shipped the order to US. I contacted allparts, and Chris solved the situation smoothly. I got a refund which actually covered customs charges from US to CZ.
