Glad I found the parts I needed on Allparts...I have to admit they are not always competitively priced for some things but when I need specific things - in this case fretwire - they can be relied on

I needed a tuning mech for an imminent gig. Ordered for delivery next day before 1pm, and had it by 10am. Royal mail failed to keep their tracking up to date, but I can't fault AllParts for that.

Best customer service I've had in years

Best customer service I've had in years, by a long shot. I called and emailed, spoke directly to the same guy both times (Chris), who solved the issue immediately. Great ambassador for the brand and great company standards - you'll have all the business I can give you!
