I ordered a Christmas gift for my granddaughter on 11/13. My card was charged on 11/13, but I've never received the item. Like the others I just keep getting excuses about the heavy volume of shipping. According to the tracking number, it has been in transit to the shipping facility for a couple of weeks.

I placed an order November 13th still have not received the order I emailed once and was told the order was in transit that was the end of November now it’s December 29th still no delivery. I am going to my bank tomorrow morning to file a fraudulent case to be opened against this company.....
