Unprofessional customer care.

2 out 3 products were great.
1 not so pricey product was defected for which there was no response after several msgs on instagram.
Turned out their email mentioned for queries was incorrect. Their numbers were incorrect.
One WhatsApp number was reachable and had absolutely no response and idea about my msgs.
So their team needs to have communication within too so they know how many times a client has reached out. And they should remove false numbers and emails.
In a nutshell they need to work on their customer support. However the defected product got absolutely no accountability for.
